~Heather's Pov~
I woke up to a blinding light. 'Where am I' I asked myself. 'Wait, this is familiar. But from what?' I asked myself again. "Oh! It's the nurses office!" I yelled out loud.
Ty jumped to my side.
"Heather your ok!" He said hugging me.
"Why am I he- oh, right"
"We'll dear, your very lucky because you could have broken something or re- opened the stitches choosing a fight like that" Ty's mom said walking in.
"Mom I told you. She couldn't move and he just started to hit her." Ty reassured his mom
"We'll. next time don't get stuck in a locker" Ty's mom joked To Ty.
"Haha so funny" Ty said. Obviously being sarcastic.
"We'll you too can go home now" mrs lox said.
"What do you mean go home?" I asked. "It's only.." I glance at the clock "1:00" I finished
"Oh, you think I'm letting you stay hear today? Ha!" Mrs lox laughed. "Go home and get some rest I will be back at 4:00 like usual"
"But-" me and Ty tried to argue but we knew we couldn't. We walked out the door and began to head home.
------------------------------
At home we didn't do Much. We sat around and watched tv pretty much and cuddled.
"I'm so sorry I let them do that to you" Ty said shaking his head.
"It's not your fault, I don't know why I couldn't move" I answered. But Ty's answer was only a small smile and a kiss on the fore head. It was about 4:30 and we where starting to wonder where Ty's mom was. When all of a sudden breaking news came on. 'Woman's car crashes leaving her dead' was the headline. I sat up from the couch and stared at the tv. Because the car in the photo was In fact, mrs lox's car. I watched the tv intently listening to the story of bystanders and what had happened. We where in shock. Me and Ty.
"I don't believe it" Ty said tears forming at the corner of his eyes.
"I won't believe it until they say it's her!" I yelled in frustration. Then the words that I didn't want to hear came out of the tv, 'we identified this woman as marry ann lox' at this point I couldn't do it. I cried loud and long into Ty's chest. Ty cried with me. We sat there all night just crying, hugging, and mourning the loss of a loved one. Mrs. Lox was now, gone. Forever.
