The next day we planned the wake. It would be next week on wednesday, 8:00 - 9:00. We invited mrs. Lox' friends and some teachers at our school. Ty invited a girl named Jess. Wonder who that is? Old family friend maybe. I don't know.
The wake would be in the backyard because it was mrs. Lox' favorite place to be. Tomorrow we would use some of the money she had left for Ty to get flowers, Petunias to be precise, and a coffin.

Me and Ty sat on the couch. Listening to music. It had started raining but there was no lightning, and it was pretty bright outside. I started singing along to the songs and Ty looked at me.
"Hey Heather?" He questioned
"Ya" I asked siting up
"Do you think you- ahh- could sing at the wake?" He asked
"Sure I guess, but there is going to be a lot of people there. I might be scared. What if they don't like me?" I asked
"Don't be scared, I'll be there. And I'm sure they'll love you."
"We'll... Ok! And I have the perfect song!"
"What song?"
"Over you by Miranda Lambert"
"Ok. But why?"
"Because Miranda Lambert was her favorite singer. And she loved that song" I said tearing up. A tear fell and Ty wiped it with his thumb.
"It's ok" she said pulling me into a hug. I nodded and then smiled up at Ty with a mysterious smile.
"What?" Ty questioned
"You have nothing electronic on you right?"
"No. Why?" He asked. I didn't answer. I jumped up from the couch and sprinted to the door.
"Heather where are you going?" Ty yelled after me. Getting up from the couch. I ran outside and into the front yard and started dancing around and spinning.
"Heather! It's raining!" Ty yelled from the door way. I looked at him and ran his way. I pulled his writs and dragged him to the front yard. He looked up at me.
"You little... You got me wet!" He said shaking his head to show his wet hair. I only smiled. He smiled too and ran after me.
I ran around the yard laughing and trying to out run Ty. Be he is way faster then me. He caught up to me and picked me up bridal style. I was laughing and he was spinning around. We could hear the music from inside out here so we had music. We played in the rain for a good hour. It was nice really. Then and there we let out all our worries. We had no care in the world. We where just happy teens, for once.
