When enrolling for new classes there are some you don't expect to be in. Mine happened to be one where I was forced to follow orders by children who were the same age as I was, wear a uniform, join teams, and go to one huge fancy party where I had to buy a $100 dress that I wont be able to fit by prom because they also made me prance around and run a lot.  It was a very busy class for me. But something good came out of that class. I met my best friend. As a girl it isn't exactly smiled apon to have a guy best friend but I am also the person who didn't care what other people thought.

It wasn't like when we were children and we become bestfriends at first sight, we had to let the relationship grow. But the second I met him I knew there was something special about him. He was invisible to the popular kids so I knew he wasn't about to be a complete jerk. Other than that I let things build up.

If you are still wondering about who I am, What class I was in and who this mystery best friend is, I'm about to tell you.

My name is Chastity, I enrolled in JROTC (army program) and the mystery guy is the story I'm telling you now.

His name was Hall. Well that's technically his last name, it was what his name tag said. I would see him every Wednesday, unless he skipped school because I mean what really is the reason for coming. And every Friday for the cursed day I called running day or PT.  The day I could wear sweatpants in front of every guy I  could think of and make a complete fool of myself because I am so out of shape it is ridiculous. A key piece information everyone might want to know is he was the teen that got to boss me around all day, aka my squad leader, the guy I had to listen too or there was a chance I was going to be doing a lot of push ups. Not like he would have ever dropped me to the grown and tell me to do push ups. He was way to sweet for that.

Most days I would pay no mind to him and just follow orders but other days I actually wanted to talk to him, stand next to him and not the other annoying guy in my squad. Usually i wasn't allowed to though. Didn't stop me from trying. From wanting to try.

There was just something about him that intrigued me.
