Pleasant day/night to you all.
Now that you've read Firelight, a short, lighthearted, yet verbally vulgar story, here comes my second one, this second story will be much longer than Firelight and will still focus on the (former) Queen Bee's perspective, there's just something about socially empowered women that makes me, well...empowered. And I think that most stories and perspectives in media only show the negative side of an Alpha Female, if you love female protagonists that stand up and kick ass no matter what they go through, then this is definitely for you.
Here's a short preview:
Wonderful Morning State Valley Prep!
Your local neighborhood gossip boy central is here. And with news!
Everyone knows who Oliver Candor is, right? SVP's current vice president and overachiever, it's a shock how he doesn't run for principal as well, with all his awards, top-notch qualifications, perfect attendances, organizations, and his most recent achievement?
Coke addiction.
And I don't mean the beverage.
Yes, you read that right. Mr. Golden Boy, is now officially Mr. I Always-Get-High Boy. I wouldn't blame him though, with all that work and all those organizations, and being student body vice president at the same time? Really would make any guy deflate and stick to ANY form of stress relief. So Ollie, no worries, we, or well I, understand you.
Just sad to see you in such a state though, and you looked so happy. Paradox type of speech much? Oh well. I hope you enjoyed those last few moments of utter bliss.
Here, take a look.

That's it for the hour folks. Will ring when I find more scoop. Until then, keep on your toes State Valley Prep, and remember that EVERY secret will eventually come to light.
This has been, Mr. Anonymous. ;)
Smirking, I clicked my phone close and slipped it back in my pocket. Everyone was still engrossed over the new "Mr. Anonymous" blog post. As much as I loathe the little online douche, I couldn't help but feel amused, that Oliver already had it coming to him a long time ago.
Nervous murmurs kept echoing round the room, and nervous murmurs meant word got around faster, and when that happens, well, it's only a matter of time before Mr. I Get-High-All-The-Time goes from being a coke addict to an angry, wild boar, I also doubt he'd be even allowed to stay any longer in school, State Valley Prep has a strict code of conduct against illegal drug use, and Oliver's parents are one of the most narcissistic bastards on the planet, so Mr. Anonymous basically just ruined Oliver's reputation and his future. Which I am wholeheartedly rejoicing over, one less self-appraised jackass here.
Rolling my eyes, I raised my hand, which did nothing to get Mr. Schubert's attention from his phone, you see even the teachers get updated with these gossip entries. God, can't these adults do anything with their spare time?
Sighing, I dropped my hand and cleared my throat, loudly, and I felt everyone's attention turn to me. I kept my eyes on the professor and gave him a small smile, "Professor, I'm sorry to disrupt your reading from "necessary information", but I believe it is lunch time?"
He blinked at me a couple of times before he straightened up and nodded, "Yes, yes Danielle. Uh, class dismissed. And...and can one of you call Mr. Candor, I'd like to have a-a word with him" Professor Schubert cleared his throat uneasily which made me raise an eyebrow suspiciously.
But contrary to the lunch break announcement, everyone quietly got up from their seats, their eyes still trained on their phones as they made their way out of the room. I picked up my bag and went outside myself, but not before I caught the professor nervously rock on his heels. My eyebrows furrowed, why would a teacher feel nervous for a student's misconduct and sloppiness?
As I made my way over to the courtyard after buying the usual boxed juice and chicken and ham sandwich, I noticed a few people sitting on my usual spot.
As I got closer, I sighed and clicked my tongue, they really chose today to make a sudden comeback did they?
"I knew you suckers would eventually come slugging back to me. What are you here for this time?" I said icily. If you only knew how horrible they treated me, you'd say it in the same tone.
All three of them turned their heads towards me and looked at me sheepishly, at least they had the decency to feel bad, and how they knew where I ate during lunch is just beyond me at this point.
"Well? Is anyone going to answer?"
Aiden cleared his throat and stood up, "Um, we came here to, uh-"
"We wanted to see you how you were doing?" Jamila cut him off. I raised an eyebrow, "Why are you asking your own intentions then?" I shot back. Gina stood up too and looked at me uneasily, "No, really. We wanted to see how you were-" I cut her off. "Yeah, okay. While I hardly appreciate your half-hearted efforts to actually try and show any form of care for me after what you three did these last few months, don't expect me to believe any of the crap that comes from your mouths, now talk. Why are you three really here?"
They all shared uneasy looks to each other, as if they were having an internal debate, maybe it was about something serious, like who got up the table and left first, because if it wasn't that, then for sure, I wasn't going to like what they had planned.
Aiden spoke up, "We need your help"
Both of my eyebrows shot up this time, excuse me?
"Wait, before you decline, hear us out first" Gina said, she always knew when I was going to decline an offer. But they weren't going to get me to listen that easily, "And why should I?"
Gina sighed, "Because this would not only help us, and everyone in State Valley Prep, but it would raise your college applications and you'd get unlimited access to various national press conferences and internships at famous and high end news labels" she stated like she was reciting a very bland poem.
My ears perked at the sound of "connections to high end news labels" and "would raise college applications". I cocked my head and smirked, I approached the table motioned for Jamila to scoot over, she obeyed and I plopped down on the rusty, blue bench.
"So, what's your plan?"
