Chapter 16:Lexy's POV:

A/N: This is going to be another very long chapter. Also I feel like I keep spelling Daniel wrong. It's weird I find such a simple name so difficult to spell.

I woke up and looked around my room to find I was in the same place I fell asleep. I sit up and wipe my face with my hand and took a deep breath and stood up and grabbed my phone, which was on the bed beside me, I turned the screen on to see I had two texts and a missed call.
I unlock my phone and looked at the call first to see it was my nan, I then looked at the texts. One was from Jai and the other one from my mum,I tapped the text from my mum first.
"Hello Lexy. Sorry we haven't text or called but your nan told us everything. Now I want you to go and say sorry to your nan and get on with life."I read to myself out loud.
I can't believe she got my mum involved she's the reason I'm here in the first place, she hasn't even called since the day we got here and now she text me?
I then got the one from Jai up hoping it'll be something cute and goofy to make me smile or laugh and feel better.
"Hey beaut hope it went well with your nan last night. Do you want to come out on another date today? "I read smiling at the text.
"Hey Jai well it could of went better. I'll tell you all about it don't worry. Yeah I do I'll be there as soon as I can x"I text him back.
I'm not going to text my mum I know this is childish and mean but I want her to feel the way me and Kelly feel. Ignored and unimportant but I'm going to say sorry to my nan.
I get up off my bed and get my clothes what were a pair of high waste shorts and a black and pink t-shirt. I went to the bathroom grabbing a towel as I go. I had a quick shower and got changed, blow dried and brushed my hair and put the littlest amount of make-up on and went down stairs into the kitchen.
Where my nan saw me and just walked straight past me and into the living room. I thought she was support to be the adult I follow her around.
'Nan I'm sorry. I shouldn't of talked to you like that. It was rude and totally unnecessary but you can't tell me I have to brake up with him. If he's a mistake, let him be my mistake I can learn from. 'I said almost begging.
I didn't get anything she didn't even look at me, did she even listen to me? I just sigh and walked back into the kitchen where I made myself some breakfast and sat down and ate it. After I was done I put my things in the dishwasher and looked at the clock on the wall and it said 10.30am.
Going up stairs back to my room to grab my phone I put it in my pocket and walk back down the stairs and went to my nan who was reading the paper in the living room.
'Bye nan. I'm going on a date with Jai. I'll be back later. 'I told her.
Once again I didn't get any replay as I sigh and turn on my heel heading to the door where I pat Buddy and left the house closing the door behind me. I then walk down the street towards the Brooks household and into the garden and knocked on the door.
Jai's POV:
I woke up early today because I was worried about Lexy needing to tell her nan because I know she doesn't like us one bit. So I got my phone from the side table by my bed and I text her.
"Hey beaut hope it went well with your nan last night. Do you want to come out on another date today? "I read smiling at the text.
I press send I'm not expecting a reply straight away as it is only 8.31am.
I got out of bed and walked down the stairs, in a pair of red and white basket ball shorts with my hair looking like I got dragged though a bush...backwards and into the kitchen. No one is up yet.
I then remember that my mum is back today from her little holiday thing, I missed her so I'm glad she's coming back because it means Beau will no longer be in charge.
I then went to the fringe and get some food, sat down at the table and ate it. After I finished I just sat there and then I heard someone coming down the stairs. Seconds later a half asleep Luke cam in, wearing a pair of green and white basketball shorts and his hair also looking like he got pulled though a bush. If you didn't know us you would get confused we look the same right now.
'Hey.'I say.
'Fuck Jai. You made me jump. 'Luke gasped putting his hand on his heart.
'Sorry. 'I say as he goes and gets some food and sits down.
'Why are you up? 'He asked me.
'Well I was going to ask you the same question. 'I smiled.
'Well I asked first. 'He shot.
'I'm worried about how Lexy's nan is going t take it all. 'I tell Luke.
'I'm sure she'll be fine. I'm up because I'm hungry. 'He reassured me.
After we finished we went to get dressed. We both went into our rooms to get some clothes and we left our rooms at the same time and we started racing to the bathroom and I got there first.
I had a quick shower, brushed me teeth and got changed into a pair of shorts and a t-shirt and walked out of the bathroom where Luke walked in straight after and I waked back into my bedroom and sat on my bed. I grab my phone from where I left it and turned on the screen to see I had a text message from Lexy, I unlock my phone and get it up.
'Hey Jai well it could of went better. I'll tell you all about it don't worry. Yeah I do I'll be there as soon as I can x'I smile at I read it.
I then went down stairs, I planned something else today another date, it's much better than our date yesterday. I hope she'll like this. I walk back into the kitchen were Luke was sitting talking to James and Daniel who were eating us out of house and home yet again.
I tell them about the date I have planned today. Beau was still in bed sleeping away, lazy fuck and then there was a knock on the door and Luke went to answer it.
Lexy's POV:
Luke answered the door I gave him a small smile.
'Hey Lex. Come in.'Luke smiled, stepping aside.
'Hey Luke. 'I smiled stepping in.
'Jai it's for you! 'Luke yelled, walking into the living room.
I stood alone in the hall way by the front door on my own for a couple of seconds before Jai walked out of the kitchen.
'Hey Lex.'He smiled.
We then waked into the living room where I said hello to everyone else and sat down next to Jai and Dan..
'I didn't expect you till much later. 'Smiled Jai.
'Well I needed to get out. I told her about us and how I've been hanging out with you and stuff and it didn't go well. 'I told the boys.
'What happened?'James asked.
'Before you start. 'Daniel said, getting up.
Five minutes later he came back in with a half asleep Beau in black and white shorts and a white vest top.
'I needed to make him put a top on. Carry on. 'Skip explained sitting back down.
So I started for the moment I told her I needed to talk to her and finished with when I left the house this morning.
'Oh you were telling the truth when you said it went bad. 'Beau pointed out.
'Yeah.'I sigh.
Jai put his arm around my shoulders as we sat on the sofa and pulled me into his side giving me a hug and kissing the top of my head.
'I don't think she cares what I do now. 'I mentioned.
'So you can runaway to Poland and she won't care? 'Asked James.
'Pretty much. She'll be like thank goodness she's gone. 'I sigh.
'No she won't. She loves you it's just a shock that's all.'Reassured Jai.
'Yeah.'I smile.
'Do you want to go on our date?'Jai asked.
'Yes, get my mind off this. 'I smiled.
'There's the smile I love.'Jai smiled, what made me smile even more.
So we all got up and made our way to the van the boys all got in, there coming along for the ride.
'Everything will be fine I promise babe.'Jai told me, rubbing my arm.
'Yeah I'm sure it'll work out. Let's just have a nice date. 'I smile.
He nodded in agreement as we drove to our destination the boys talking, singing and laughing as we go a couple of minutes later we pulled into the car park.
'Our date is a boat ride!'Jai annoced,existed.
'Aww Jai.' smile in aw,I lean in and kiss him and it escalated quickly.
'It's still classed as PDA if your in a car with four other people. 'Informed Luke.
We stop as I feel my face blush and then we get out of the car but not before we hear the boys comments.
'Okay have fun. 'Skip smiled.
'Will do. 'Smiled Jai.
'Not that much fun. 'Beau said as serous as he could but bus into a smile.
'Eww no Beau. We've only been dating for like two weeks. 'I tell him.
'Bye! 'They all call as they drive away.
Everyone looked at us and we walked into the building and got life jackets and went and got a boat.
'We have to row? 'I asked.
'Yeah. It'll be fun. 'Smiled Jai.
We got into the boat and we rowed out into the middle of the pond and we were just going in circles and laughing so much at how much of a fail we were.
'Orange is really your colour.' Complemented Jai.
'Well thank you. It suits you too. 'I smile at him.
We try and row around the pond but we didn't get very far and we were stuck in the middle of the point in a long yellow boat.
'We better,try,and get to shore. 'Suggested Jai.
'Yeah,might be a good idea. 'I agree.
So once again we started to row, this is in till I glanced at Jai who had an evil look in his eye. He noticed me looking at him smirked at me and started rocking the boat.
'Jai stop your rocking the boat. 'I implored.
'That's the plan. 'Jay objected, looking at me.
He looked away and I sat there holding onto the side of the boat, I then got my own evil plan. I lean forward and I push Jai into the water,he fell in with a splash and went under for a couple of seconds and came back up. His hair was dripping and falling onto his face, he used his hand and wiped the water from his eyes and looked at me with a shocked expression on his face.
'Lexy'Jai exclaimed.
'What?'I asked unsure.
'Help me up. 'He replied.
'I don't know. 'I answered.
'Come on. 'He insisted.
'Fine. 'I murmured and I reach out for him.
He swam closer to me and grabbed my hand, I was trying to pull him up but he wasn't helping me at all, then all of the sudden he pulled me in with one tug.
'I know I should of left you there. 'I muttered, trying to act mad but a smile coming to my face.
Then we both try and get back on the boat but we couldn't seem to grip hard enough to get up and the boat flipped over and we both sigh our of frustration. Then Jai came behind me and lifted me up, in the water somehow, and helped me onto the boat. Moments later I was sitting on the bottom of the boat my feet dangling into the water.
I watch as Jai just swam around the boat, being the weird boy he is. He the looked at the boat with a slightly puzzled look on his face but I didn't ask what we the matter or what he was thinking.
'Two seconds. Got an idea.'Jai said, taking a deep breath and went under the boat.
'What the fuck are you doing? 'I yell after him, feeling confused.
Then I felt the boat move and it flipped back over making me fall backwards into the water
'That's for your language.'Jai laughed at me.
'I hate you sometime. 'I giggled.
'Sure.'Jai smiled.
We then got into the boat this time and we headed back, we got out and took our life jackets off we borrowed a towel and got as dry as we could but it wasn't a big deal conceding it was another hot day.
We sat on a bench outside and waited for Beau to take us home, as we waited we just talked about this and that, it was fun. Then we heard a horn go off, that will be the van. As soon as they saw us they started laughing like crazy at us.
'Shut up. 'I say.
'I told you not to have too much fun. 'Laughed Beau.
'You got each other wet. 'Laughed James.
I slap James around the head as we drive off home as we tell them about our day, they laughed their heads off. We get back a couple of minutes later and we all get out.
'I better go home and get changed. 'I smiled at Jai.
'You don't have too. 'Smiled Jai.
'You want me to catch my death? 'I asked him, crossing my arms.
'No. You could borrow some of my clothes. 'He offered.
I didn't want to go, I would love to stay here and hang out with everyone, I bet Jai's clothes are so comfy but I better show my face at home.
'Thanks but I better show my face at home 'I tell Jai.
'Okay, if you have to go. 'He smiled.
He came closer to me and put his hands on my waist and I loop my arms around his neck and stand on my tip toes slightly and he leans in and kisses me softly on the lips witch made me smile, after he gave me a hug and I head home.
'Hey I'm back! 'I annouce,walking up the stairs.
I have a very quick shower, get dry and get changed into a pair of blue skinny jeans and simple white t-shirt with black bows all over it, I then walk down the stairs.
'Lexy. 'My nan said.
'Yes? 'I asked.
'Remember you have to feed Buddy. 'She says.
'Yeah.'I smiled, she then gets back to her cross word.
I then feed Buddy and then I went and slipped on my other pair of trainers, lucky I have two pairs of these.
'You know where I'll be. 'I yell to the house.
Jai's POV:
Luke went to the door, I hear a convosation and the door closing before I hear Luke calling me.
'Jai it's for you! 'Luke yelled, walking into the kitchen
I got up and walked into the hall way to see Lexy standing there, she gave me a small smile as I walk over to her.
'Hey Lex. 'I smiled.
We then waked into the living room where Lexy said hello to everyone else and sat down next to me and Dan..
'I didn't expect you till much later. 'I added.
'Well I needed to get out. I told her about us and how I've been hanging out with you and stuff and it didn't go well. 'She said with a slight frown.
'What happened?'James asked.
'Before you start. 'Daniel said, getting up.

So Lexy started for the moment she told her she needed to talk to her and finished with when she left the house this morning.

So we all got up and made our way to the van the boys all got in, there coming along for the ride.

We stop as Lexy blushes and then we get out of the car but not before we hear the boys comments.

'Not that much fun. 'Said Beau, he was trying to act searious,but it didn't work he smiled..
'Eww no Beau. We've only been dating for like two weeks. 'Lexy smiles.
I smile at the boys playfully, she never said never.
'Bye! 'They all shout as they drive away.
Everyone looked at us and we walked into the building and got life jackets and went and got a boat.
'We have to row? 'She asked.
'Yeah. It'll be fun. 'I smile
We got into the boat and managed to get to the middle of the pound, then we were just going round and round, it was fun though. We laughed for most of the date as we tried to figure it out.
'Orange is really your colour. 'I complement her, I wasn't lying. Orange didn't look bad on her.
'Well thank you. It suits you too. 'She smiles at me.
We were just in the middle of the pound in a long yellow canoe, what were we support to do.

So once again we started to row, this is when I had an idea how to make this date more interesting. Lexy looked at me and noticed the look I had in my eye. I smirk at her as I stop rowing, held onto the side of the boat and started moving side to side, making it rock.
So once again we started to row, this is in till I glanced at Jai who had an evil look in his eye. He noticed me looking at him smirked at me and started rocking the boat.

Then without warning I felt a pair of hands on my back and I fall face first into the water with a big splash. I go under the water and then a couple of moments later came back up breathing fast from shock and needing to hold my breath, I was drenched water dripped onto my face from my hair and I wipe it away with my hand and looked at Lexy, my face full of shock and disbelieve that she did that because that was such a Luke move.
'Lexy 'I said surprised at her behaviour.
'What? 'She asks, like she hasn't done anything.
I then had a plan, it's revenge time.
'Help me up. 'I pleaded.
'I don't know. 'She said, unsure.
'Come on. 'I smile at her.
'Fine. 'She mumbled, reaching out.
I go closer to her and grabbed her hand, she was trying to pull me up but I wasn't helping her at all, then with one tug she was in the water with me with a big splash.

We then got into the boat this time and we headed back, we got out and took our life jackets off we borrowed a towel and got as dry as we could but it wasn't a big deal conceding it was another hot day.
The boys are going to have a ball with this one, I can hear all their jokes now.

'I better go home and get changed. 'Lexy told me with a smile.
'You don't have too. 'I suggest.
'You want me to catch my death? 'She questions, crossing her arms.
'No. You could borrow some of my clothes. 'I proposed.
She didn't say anything for a moment, but I could see that she was fighting with herself. It looked like she wanted to stay.
'Thanks but I better show my face at home 'She tells me.
'Okay, if you have to go. 'I say, with a small smile.
I step came closer to Lexy and put my hands on her waste again and she loop her arms around my neak and she stand on her tip toes slightly and I lean in and kiss' Lexy softly on the lips witch made us smile, after I gave her a big hug and I watch her walk up the street.
A moment or so later, I walk into the house and went straight up stairs to dry off and get some new clothes on. A couple of minutes later I make my way back down stairs and into the living room where my mum was sitting.
'Hey mum. 'I said.
'Hello. Did you have a nice date? 'She asked.
'Yeah,thanks. 'I smile at her.
Then I went into the kitchen and grabbed some food, before walking back into the living room.
'Mum. Where are the guys? 'I wonder.
'There in Beau's room on COD or something.'She said.
I make my way up stairs, how could I miss them all you could hear was gun shoots and screaming from his room. I walk in and sit down on the bed next to Beau and James.
'James you mug hide or you're gonna get fucking shot. 'Skip said to James.
About ten minutes later or so there was a knock on the door, I got up and heading towards the door, I wasn't even stepped on the first step before seeing mum got there before me.
Lexy's POV:
I walked back down the road towards there houseman walk into the garden and knocked on the door and wait a couple of moments before the door opened revelling their mum.
'Hello Lexy. There up stairs. 'She smiled.
'Thank you. 'I smile at her.
I then made my way up stairs and went around the corner ,minding my own business. Wondering which room they were in.
'Raaaa!'Jai shouted as he jumped out on me.
'Jai you son of a-'I said before getting cut off my Jai kissed me, putting his arms around my waste.
'What where you going to call me? 'He asked smugly ,pulling away.
I just glare at him playfully and hit him on the shoulder and then we went to Beau's room.
'Room for one more? 'Asked Jay,walking in.
Then James moved up and so did Beau who was now sitting on his pillows, we sit down.
'Aaaa Lex. You said you played cod. 'Said Skip, noticing I was here.
'Yeah.'I smiled.
'How about you take James' place. 'He said, shooting a guy in the head.
'I don't mind. 'I smile.
'James hand it over. 'Skip said.
'There you go. 'He said, passing me the control to me.
'Thanks. 'I smile at him.
Then we were playing the game,shooting,hiding,running and all the rest. It was fun and I was doing pretty okay.
'O my fuck Lexy. You're really good. 'Beamed Skip.
'Thank you. 'I smiled with a little giggle.
'I have a girlfriend who's pretty, nice and can play COD.'Jai smiled.
'The whole package. 'Added Luke.
'Well does she eat like a dude and lick the plate clean? 'Beau asked.
'Yeah almost.'Jai said with a laugh.
'Yeah you're a lucky dude.'James said.
'I know. 'He smiled.
Jai's POV:
My mum answered the door and let Lexy in.
'Hello Lexy. There up stairs. 'I hear her say.
'Thank you. 'I hear Lexy say.
I then quickly hide around a corner and waited for her to come, I hear her come up the stairs.

Then they were playing the game, going though the motions. Shooting,killing,running, hiding and all the rest and Lexy was better than I thought.
'O my fuck Lexy. You're really good. 'Skip yelp surprised.
'Thank you. 'I says happily with a little giggle.
'I have a girlfriend who's pretty, nice and can play COD.'I smile at myself.
'The whole package. 'Smiled Luke.
'Well does she eat like a dude and lick the plate clean? 'Beau says.
'Yeah almost. 'I admit
'Yeah you're a lucky dude.'James said.
'I know. 'He agreed with a smile.

The next two weeks went by in a flash. I spend most of my time at there place or hanging out with them, we were back at school but this time Jai,Luke and James weren't there which was wired for the first week or so, it still feels kind of strange.
Rose is back from her little holiday type thing, I filled her in about mine and Jai's great dates and my nan is still being really weird but I'm getting use to it. I only really sleep, shower and eat breakfast at the house I eat at Jai's house mostly now.
We watch movies, play COD, they taught me how to play Fifer and I'm okay at it, I kiss and hug Jai. We go to town, the skate park and we're really good. I'm still failing Maths and skate boarding and like is pretty good.
