[ Two weeks later, Mid-June ]
I had been working my ass off for the past two weeks at three different jobs, Walmart, A&F, and Kroger. It was quite exhausting but I had to get on my own feet and support my two kids. Ever since I left that place I just had a new mindset and I planned to do everything I said I would. I would be attending school here in Florida in the fall for my first year because I want to go into Fashion so I might go to the Art Institute.
Things were going well I guess you could say but Jaeson just can’t stay out of trouble. He went to court last week and they almost gave him a year in jail but all the charges were dropped. I was going to go look for apartments and stuff today because I needed to get moved out of Peyton’s room even though I knew he didn’t mind.
“What are you doing today?” Peyton asked putting his clothes on.
“I wanna go look for a place to stay because I feel like I worn my welcome out.” I said to him.
“Jay you can stay here as long as you want.” Peyton said.
“I know but I really want to do this.”
“Aw okay.” He said picking up Gabrielle and playing with her.
My little Jordan was getting so big because she eats way too much but she’s really healthy so that’s all that matters. I was sitting on his bed giving her a bottle when Jaeson called me.
“Hey.” I said answering.
“What’s up with you and J?” he said.
“We are fine, I’m feeding her right now.”
“Do you mind if I come get her?”
“Yeah, you can. That’s fine I have things to do anyways so it would be better.”
