CHAPTER FOUR:Awakening Memories (EDITED)

Aiden's POV
I stood in the shower, head down, hands pressed against the wall, warm water hitting my skin in small tingly taps. The light drumming sound it made when it hit the floor somehow resembling the sound of rain made me relax.

I closed my eyes thinking about the dream I had last night

Her back was facing me as I placed soft kisses on her neck and shoulder blade, the gesture sent shivers down her spine and her skin erupt with goosebumps making her lean further into my chest, that made me smirk. When I pushed her hair away something caught my eye, a tattoo, but it wasn't just any tattoo, it was my tattoo. Even though it looked a bit different, it looked girly but it was still my tattoo

With confusion I slowly turned her so she was fully facing me,but she was looking down. Her long dark curly hair covered her face except her lips. Her full pink lips, the bottom one being nervously bitten by her white pearls.

My eyes were glued to them as my heart went on a marathon awakening butterflies at the pit of my stomach, 'what the hell?' I thought

Then she suddenly begun to sob, I snapped out of my daze and was even more confused as to why her mood changed so quickly. I was about to ask what the matter was when she started fading.

I looked in horror as she kept fading. I panicked and felt like I was losing someone very important to me " no wait! What's happening? What's the meaning of all this? Who are you?! " I blurted out all the questions I had at once

She shook her head and smiled at me, she held my arms as she started to turn to thin air " no Aiden.... Just-" she faded along with her words

Just what? I was so confused, so many questions and emotions clouded my thoughts. I was sad, frustrated, confused, angry, name it. I looked around blinking multiple times just so I could try to figure out what just happened. With every blink, my vision blurred .... Then I was back to reality

"Aiden!... Aiden?!...Aiden?! " mom called from downstairs

"yes mom?" I responded into the buzzer taking in my environment

"Aiden are you okay up there? Should I come up?" she asked worried

"no, no mom I'm fine I'll be down in a sec" I said turning the tap off and walking out with my towel tied low loosely around my waist. I did all my necessities and rushed down before mom had a chance to come up

"oh good I was just about to come up" she said showcasing her perfect white teeth at me

"I know, sorry for taking long" I said placing breakfast on the table. Joining us at the table just as I finished setting it up was my baby sister, Alicia

"Morning " she squealed earning smiles from mom and I

" morning " I greeted back picking her up and placing her in her high chair and sat down as well. We ate for a few minutes in a comfortable silence until mom broke it

"so did you two sleep well? " mom asked us

"si mama " we said in unison

"great now go fast before you're both late" she clapped her hands to quicken us as we did what she said

"bye mom" I said kissing her cheek as Alicia already ran out

"bye bye" she said then shoved me to the direction of the door

I walked in the partly empty hall way with Jake next to me talking about God knows what, I was too busy thinking to listen to him 'who's she, and why does she have a tattoo similar to mine?' I thought to myself while unconsciously getting my books out for my first class
