"That darn electricity, God can't they fix the power lines ", Mr.basil shouted out. Then he told us that the Internet would be off for a week in our district since the satellite and electric cables are bieng fixed.
We spent the rest of the class outside reading books since the room was a little bit dark.
When school ended Daniel walked me home. We talked a little bit about the Internet problem and how it was totally gonna ruin our pe/helth class since we were spouposed to watch all of these videos and then a movie that we get to pick but now we don't have any Internet to watch the videos and the electricity will cut off frequently so we can't watch a movie. Maybe he will give us free time, no who am I kidding he will probably end up making us run all class like last year. I hate pe alot maybe because I try to hard and I'm not slim. I really don't know.
When we got to my house he asked if I wanted to come over for a bit, at first I was really just gonna tell him no, but then he held my hand and gave me this look that was just puppy dog like that I couldn't say no to.
When I went over his mom opened the door " Hi I'm lura Daniels mom, " Then she shook my hand. She had this really freaky smile on her face.
" She knows mom she lives right across the street ", Daniel said while entering, he through his bag on the floor and said " hey mom I'm gonna be upstairs in the living room with lux call me when dinner is done "
" Ok honey, but can you please take you're back upstairs "
"Ok mom " he grabbed the back and started to walk up the stairs.I followed him to a room. The room had a fine glass table and black leather seats. There was a flat screen TV that came out of the fake fire place.
" Wow you have a really nice living room ", I said in totally and utter amazement.
" Thanks, "
" So why did I come here again ".
"Beacuse I'm gonna help you with you're spelling bee, a deals a deal right and plus I promised you. "
He gave me a list of words to practice. I practiced for only 5 minutes before he grabed the paper from my hand and said the first word on the list, " photography ".
"P.H.O.T.O.G.R.A....F.Y ".
He made a buzzer 's sound, "its P.H.Y".
"I told you I can't spell"
"its okay".
Then he started to tease me a bit, but then he stopped laughing after about a minute. I saw him go from happy to super upset in like 2 seconds.
" Whats wrong " I said. I went and sat next to him.
" Nothing "
" When someone says nothing than somethings wrong "
" Its okay theres nothing wrong ", Then he gave me a kiss on the cheek. "That's for caring about me ".
I had a little smile on my face. So that I don't look over excited. After about an hour we went and ate then I went home. My Mom was still at work so I was all alone. I started think about my dad but ever since he and my mom got a divorce he had never even tried to contact us. He left the state and and went to live in California. I heared that he got remarried, but I try to belive that he would never do that. I went upstairs to my room and finished my homework, brushed my teeth then went to bed.
I woke up 6 to get ready. I wore my black jeans and this blue shirt with my black jacket. I went down stairs and ate a pp&j sandwich. Then I heared the door bell ring. I opened the door and saw Daniel.
"Hey are you ready," he said.
" Yah I'm ready, just let me grab my stuff"
I grabed my stuff and we started to walk to school.
" Did you think of any ideas for the play " he said.
" Nope, what about you any great ideas "
" I'v got nothing "
