When a girl stops to get gas, a gas station attendant alerts her that there was a man in the back of her car....
One warm June night a young woman's pulls up to a deserted gas station to fill up her tank. Her presence caught the attention of the man working at the gas station, Michael. He watched her get out of her car and walk inside. As he watched, he noticed somethings head pop up, from the trunk. He suspected it may just be a dog, but something felt wrong in his stomach.
The door to the gas station opened and she walked inside.
"Hi can I get a pack of cigarettes, whatever's cheapest, and can I put $30 on tank number one?"
"Yea of course. How's your night going?" Michael asked.
"Good, I've been driving for a while. So I'm glad I'm almost home." She said as she gave Michael her card. He scanned the pack of cigarettes than processed to put 30 dollars worth of gas onto tank one.
"Are you traveling with anyone?" He asked.
"No," the question confused her, but she brushed it off as him being polite.
"Not even a pet?" He asked, which freaked the girl out a bit.
"No. Is the tank ready?"
"Yea, have a good night miss." His eyes shot back to car, and he saw a persons face quickly duck down as the man in the car realized the woman was returning. As she left the store Michael turned off her gas pump, knowing she would have to come back inside. He watched her fumble around with buttons on the gas tank, and then she pressed the help button.
Michael walked to her car and glimpsed in the back. He saw a man, and a knife.
The man obviously did not realize Michael saw him, which helped the situation.
"How can I help ya?"
"The pump isn't turning on." She said, still playing with different buttons.
"Oh, something must have gone wrong with your card, come with me to re scan it." Michael waited for the girl to start walking inside and he stood beside her.
"There's a man in the back of your car. Don't look. We're going inside to call the police." He explained. She looked at him in disbelief.
"There's no way. I've been driving for 5 hours I think I would've noticed someone in the back of my car you freak!" She stormed away from him, and continued to plea with her.
"There is someone in the back! Go ahead look! The safest thing is to go inside, lock the doors, and call the cops!" Miss there is someone in the back!"
"Yea whatever loser." She rolled her eyes and got in the car as Michael kept screaming to warn her not to go. He turned around to go call the police as she drove off. By the time he picked up the phone she was completely gone, no way to identify her other than the color of car and the licenses plates of the car.As the woman drove she looked behind her quickly, and did not see anyone. She was just relieved to be out of that freaky gas station. But, then she heard someone sit up as if they were laying on the floor of the car. She looked back to see a man, holding a large knife. Before she could do anything, he attacked.
