Chapter 3: Sister

"You're cold," the team turned to the Martian.

"Dead people usually are," Danny deadpanned.

The team stood shocked at the comment. Robin snickered.

"You're dead?" Artemis finally deadpanned.

"Last time I checked," Danny wiggled his fingers in his intangible stomach.

"He has no heartbeat," Connor confirmed.

"Cool," Robin put his own hand through.

"How is that possible?" Wally said as he stepped forward for a better look.

"People call me Phantom for a reason," he shrugged.

"But ghosts aren't real," Wally rebutted.

"Considering we were just in the most haunted city in America, I think they're plenty real," Robin smirked as he leaned on his brother.

"Why have we never heard of it?" M'gann asked.

"A little bird told me that all the alerts to the Justice League about my fights were redirected," Phantom smirked as he remembered the incident of Robin hacking Tucker's PDA to tell him he's coming. Tucker, of course, freaking out about Techness getting out and making Danny go look for him to save his tech. The Team turned to Robin and gawked.

"That reminds me," Robin pulled up a hologram of a girl that looked almost exactly like the ghost boy but was younger and a girl, "care to explain?"

Danny was about to answer when two puffs of blue mist came out of his mouth and he smiled.

Dick dropped into a defensive stance, "Who's here?" The others then became guarded as well as Danny gave a smirk and looked up with a smirk.

"She's an overly energetic sister if you ask me." Two figured then phased into the ship.

"DANNY!" Danielle tackled her brother while a small dog tackled Robin.

"Wrong person Cujo," Danny chuckled as he got up with the small clone still attached. Danielle backed up to avoid the ghost dog that now landed on his owner and proceeded to lick his face.

Danny finally got the dog and slobber off as the others relaxed back into their seats though still wary of the guests. Dani floated as she held Cujo, "So what brings you to this part of the country?"

Danny frowned at the question, "As much as I would like to say that it's to see you, I'm on my way to Gotham."

"Isn't that place dangerous? Do the others know?"

"Yes and yes. I'm going to talk to he who shall not be named," Danny wiggled his eyebrows.

"I'm pretty sure I have a nose Phantom," Robin said with a laugh. Dani's eyes widened as she looked at Robin.

"No way! This is him?" Dani asked as she flew closer. "Nice to meet you, my name's Danielle Phantom, your younger sister. You can call me Dani though, with an i," Dani said excitedly as she waved.

Dick engulfed her in a hug, "I'm glad to finally meet you."

"Did you just say, sister? Since when have you had a sister?" Wally asked incredulously. Surprising the others that he didn't know something about the youngest member (since it was revealed that Wally had been to the Batcave and knew the Bat's ID).

"You're almost 1 now right?" Robin questioned.

"She looks like she's 8," Artemis deadpanned.

"You're a clone," Superboy said as he looked at the two almost identical ghosts. Everyone stared.

"I thought you guys said Cadmus only cloned Superman," Zatanna said as the others took in the info.

"Eta to base in 5 minutes," M'gann reported, interrupting the conversation.

Danny looked at Robin, "Can I go do the thing?"

"He might kill you," Robin crossed his arms.

"I'm pretty much already dead," Danny smirked and flew out ahead of the ship as Robin nodded.

"What is it that he is doing friend," Kaldur asked as Robin sat back down with Dani in his lap.

"Pranking Batman," he smirked and looked down at his new sister, "Wanna help?"

A/N So Dani's here... I like to think of the two Phantom's as siblings, I don't really get the whole father-daughter relationship thing because as much as they may love each other I don't think Danny would be comfortable with having a kid to take care of. Plus it leaves the room for Aunt Dani to be a thing when he has kids... and I'm rambling... Well fuck it that's just what I think but I might change her name later on in this story (suggestions? I need a civilian name).

What book should I work on next? Though nothing will get done tonight due to the 12 overnight Relay for life I'm doing... I have swimming before and after help.

Ok I'll post this now and start working on Chapter 10... kidding but I did get carried away when writting this so I might post that soon (I still need to edit) but I'm really excitedfor the next part...
