"i guess, it's time." jisung released his grip on me, turned back, and sighed. i looked at him, confused about what he said. was there another thing that i need to know? why does the world actually keep too many secrets from me?

"jisung?" i didn't know what to say or reply. i just looked at him and expected an answer.

"after running away, we met this one family, they were all siblings, who were out on the streets, looking for help. they were frantically asking for people to help them in their situation. their mother was in the hospital in a serious condition and they feared she might die. they were looking for the help, the money so that she may live another day because they couldn't afford it themselves." jisung started talking. it was about a family, but i saw no relation with that family and mom, yet.

he was about to continue when someone suddenly threw a ball at our direction, it nearly hit me. we both looked at who threw it, but he just ran to the ball without apologizing. jisung stood up and went to that person because he was jisung, he protects the people he cares for even if it was just a small accident.

i sat on the bench quietly while waiting for jisung. he was taking quite long and i didn't see the need for it to be that way. i looked back. the man looked awfully familiar and it looked like he was having a heated conversation with jisung. i couldn't identify him though, it was too dark and he covered himself well.

just as i was going to approach them, jisung ran towards me with his forehead wrinkled. i found it a bit cute, but his eyes said something else, they were angry. he quickly got my arm and pulled me away from where we were sitting.

"hey, what happened?" i asked lightly in case his mood was completely ruined, and that would've meant that it would be really bad.

"let's just get out of here," he snapped. it was obvious that he was really angered by that person which was actually unlikely.

i chose to not bring up that he broke off his story. he just might get irritated by it and he wouldn't want to bring it up, ever, so i let him be for the time being. he just walked me home and left, just like that.

i don't like this chapter.
