Two weeks later, I became close with them. I go with them whenever they have their free time because they have jobs on their own. As for me, I was asked by Yxede (Leadership) to be his confidant and advisor. This after all is to maintain peace and integrity throughout the Essence Verse... Essential Verse. The thing is, she only sees me as friend. I've got questions on my own that I don't want to ask my children like... is it weird to look at her schedule and match mine with hers? Or maybe chat with her often about the movies we've watch or about work?
The worse thing for me to find out from Suxil (Kevin) (Justice) is that he likes that guy... I found out that he is called the essential being of pop music, like there is. I often ask myself... Why didn't I hear anything about them during the war? Whoever that guy is, he is still just a crush! Krozel's jealousy essence is crawling to my skin at this point... and I don't like it. I rather... she crawls to me instead, not THAT way of course. I just hope and pray to someone other than Lord Xpir that my wishes would come true... or my dreams. In a public university canteen, Kevin and I decided some time to discuss about some things regarding relationships and to eat some lunch. He ask me how I'm holding up and then I answered probably well maybe I guess so.
"What else am I supposed to know, Kevin?" I asked Suxil with the flare in my eyes.
"Ah yes, she also has a suitor... the essential being of perseverance," he stands up. "Are you going to order extra rice?"
"No, I'll wait for you," I had my eyes on a burger stand. "I'm going to have my extra burger!"
"Alright, I'll buy some extra rice first before you get that burger of yours." He then excuses himself.
"He says, she's got a suitor," I rubbed my forehead and think about a possible way to steal her heart from two different forces: Someone she likes, someone who likes her, and me... who is the FRIEND.
"Hey, I'm back," Suxil sits back down. "You look problematic to an extent..."
"I'm going to get my burger," I sighed and headed to the burger stand.
"I almost did not recognize you, but thanks to Kevin."
I turned to look at the female stranger who suddenly talked to me, "and you are?"
"Someone you used to know," she gives me a card. "This isn't the right place to speak about so I suggest you ask Kevin."
"Okay," I was thinking that maybe she is also an essential being in disguise just like us. I grabbed my burger after paying and left, "I'll better get going..."
"You really are innocent," she giggles.
The way we use our disguise is something so simple, wear contact lenses that makes someone so popular like a god into a total stranger. The problem is, we gods would be able to recognize each other, but I can't get a recognition to her looks. Who is she?
