Another Time

Christian's POV

" Sir, you want to order anything else?" The waiter asked.

" Nothing for now." I said sipping the coffee. He nodded and left. I was waiting for her. Why wasn't she coming!!! She should have come by now. I took out my phone and called her. She didn't picked up. I sighed. She might be coming. I finished my coffee and then my phone started to ring. I found it was Natasha. I was wondering she might not be able to come. I picked it up.

" Hello!!!" I said.

" Christian, where are you?!" She asked in a broken tone. I was wondering what might've happened!!!

" What happened, babe!!! Where are you?!! Are you alright?? Why are you sounding low!!?" I asked her.

" Where are you, Christian?"she asked again.

" I am in the café. Why are you not coming!!!" I asked her.

" Can you come to the hospital two blocks from the café!!!" She said and terror ran through my body.

" What happened to you?? Have you met an accident!!! God!!! Don't say you did!! I am just coming wait." I ran out after paying. I quickly went to the parking lot and drove out of it. I quickly reached the hospital and parked the car. Damn!! I don't know where she is. I took out my phone and called her. She immediately picked up.

" Christian!!" She said.

" Yes, babe. Where are you?" I asked.

" I am in the 3rd floor. Come early please." She said sobbing lightly.

" Just coming. Don't cry." I said and ran towards the lift. As soon as I reached 3rd floor I just came out of the lift immediately. I was searching for her but couldn't find her. I went to the receptionist.

" Excuse me?" I said.

" Good morning, Sir. How can I help you?" She asked me.

" Have you seen a redhead girl here?" I asked.

" Umm, sir..." She said.

" Wait." I said and I took out my phone and searcher for her picture.

" Here, Her. Have you seen her here?" I asked her.

" Sir, she came here a while ago. You can find her to the left." She said.

" Thanks a lot." I said and ran to the direction she showed. I suddenly found her sitting on the chair next to a private room.

" Natasha?" I called her. She looked at me for a second. She stood up like a robot and the next moment she ran towards me. She threw her hands around me and hugged me tightly. She was sobbing and trembling. I hugged her back close to my heart. I just caressed her head and hold her tightly.

" What happened, Babe?!! What just happened!??" I asked her she didn't replied but hugged me more tightly and sobbed again.

" Ok, alright. Don't cry. Nothing will happen. I am here. Don't cry." I said caressing her back. I could only feel she was scared. I didn't say anything but holding her tightly until she was stable. I made her sit there and I was going to bring her water.

" Don't go." She hold my hand and stopped me from going.

" Just was going to bring you some water." I said but she shook her head.

" Don't go." She said and I nodded. I sat beside her and called Quinns to send someone to help me. I hold her tightly and she placed her head on my shoulder. I felt her breathing was coming back to normal and her heartbeat was not that fast when she hugged me. I just kept caressing her hand until she was feeling better.

" Accident." The first word she uttered.

" What accident!!!" I asked looking at her.

" An accident." She said.

" Where!?" I asked.

" There was an accident." She said.

" What!!!" I said. " Are you hurt!!! When did it happen!!! It's insanity. Why didn't you tell me before." I said taking a look at her. I was tensed at once and she smiled. " Now why are you smiling!!!? Answer me first." I said holding both of her shoulder.

" I am fine. Don't worry." She said.

" Then why are you here!?" I asked her handing her a bottle of water which was brought by my men.

" There was an old lady who was injured. No one was there to help her. I just took her hospital. I was scared she was bleeding badly." She said.

" It's ok. She is in hospital now. Doctors will help her. You did enough. Now let doctor help her." I said caressing her head.

" But I don't know her family. How will I be able to find them?!" She asked me.

" Leave it on me." I said and she smiled.

" Will you find them out for me!!" She asked and I smiled.

" I will. Now drink it and wipe your tears." I said and wiped her cheek. She drank the water in one go. She was really scared. I told my men to find out about the old lady and her family. I looked at her who was looking outside of the window. I cleared my throat. She looked at me.

" You know I think I lost something." I said. Her eyes widened.

" What did you lose!?? Was it important!?" She asked.

" Yes, it was very very important. Can't live without it." I said.

" How can you be clumsy!!! Where do you think you did lose it!!!" She asked.

" I don't know." I said.

" Christian!!! How can you just lose something like this!!! Let's find it out. God knows where did you lose it!!" She said and stood up but I hold her hand and made her sit down beside me again.

" What!!!" She asked. " Let's go find it out." She told me.

" Don't you want to know what have I lost!??" I asked her.

" Yeah, tell me. What is it!??" She asked.

" The thing that I lost and the most important thing to me is your smile. That is vanished from your face which is hurting me like hell. Cause when you don't smile it makes me feel suffocating." I said and she looked at me with her teary eyes. " Please, don't cry." I said wiping her tears. She gave me her innocent smile, a bright smile on her angelic face.

" That's like my girl." I said and smiled at her back. " I love you." I said softly.

" I love you too." She said shyly. I smiled at her cuteness.

" Let's go, I will take you home." I said to her.

" But.." she was saying.

" My men will be here. Don't worry. They will take care of it." I said to her and she nodded hesitantly. I instructed my men and came out of the hospital. We reached the parking lot and made her sit on the car.

" Christian?" She called me.

" Yes, babe?" I said.

" Why did you called me earlier?!!" She asked me. I looked at her, she wasn't in a right state.

" Just like that." I said. " I was missing you."

" Are you sure!??" She asked.

" Yes, babe. It's nothing else." I said and smiled. She nodded. I don't find this is the right time to tell her everything. Let's leave it for another time. I sighed and drove towards her house.
