Christian's POV

" Why do we have to come to the second floor?" She asked me.

" I needed some privacy." I said. " And I don't like people staring at us and make it a gossip. I don't want our family comes to know about us by other people. I want it is us who inform our respective family." I said honestly.

" Umm..hmmm." she said. I pulled out her chair for her. " Thank you, Christian." She said.

" You can call me Chris. My mom calls me that. I want you to call me that too." I said.

" Your mom is very beautiful. She has a very charming smile." She said.

" Yeah, I know." I said.

" You love your mom a lot, right?" She asked.

" Who doesn't love their mother?!! But as for me I will tell that my mom and I share a special bond. She is really very very important in my life. There were so many things happened in life but she never broke down. That only made us closer." I said.

" I really appreciate her." I said.

" Thank you." I said.

" You're welcome." She said. " When you book a private place or lonely area try to come first." She said.

" This why I told you to let me pick you up." I said.

" Umm, I thought it will just be nothing but waste of time because you needed to come all the way for me when this place is only 5 minutes from my college." She said.

" From next time I will pick you up. No arguments." I said and she pouted. Trust me I had a hard time to control myself from kissing her senseless. Why is she so cute!!!

" Christian, you know that day my mom said to me not to go alone anywhere. Specially if someone invite in a lonely place." She said.

" I do understand why she said that. But I guarantee you that nothing will happen to you till I am alive." I ensure my girl and earned one of the heart melting smiles of her. " And don't go anywhere alone take securities with you."

" They are annoying." I said irritatingly. I laughed.

" Call me then or Quinns will take you. He is not annoying. He can be a good accompany." I said.

" But don't have his number." She said.

" Alright." I took out my phone and texted her his number.

" Thanks." She said.

" No need to thank me, Babe." I said. She smiled.

" You know I love this place." She said.

" And I love you." I said. She smiled widely.

" I love you too." She said. " And I love this place cause we met here for the first time." She said and I remembered that rainy day.

" Yeah." I said. " And I am grateful to God that he let me meet you."

" Whatever happens, does happen for a reason." She said.

" Yeah. True." I said. " By the way, how was your college?" I asked her. She just sighed. " What's wrong, Babe?" I asked.

" My professor get me out of the class." She said. What!!!

" What the bloody hell!!! Why did he do that?" I asked.

" I was not concentrating the class." She said.

" What!!! Why?" I asked her.

" Just wasn't able to." She said. I nodded hesitantly. I was getting a feeling that there is something more, but I trust her.

" It's ok, Babe. You need to concentrate. It's your last year." I said.

" Yeah, I know. I will try my best to make you all proud of me." She said and I smiled widely.

" I know you definitely will make us proud of yourself." I said.

" Thank you for trusting me." She said.

" I will always keep trusting you no matter what happens." I said.

" Thank you." She said.

" And I have something for you." I said.

" A gift?" She asked.

" Yeah, kind of." I said and gave her the black velvet box. She looked at me.

" Open it." I said. She slowly opened it. Her eyes widened and then she took it out.

" This is so beautiful." She said. I smiled. It was that bracelet I bought for her that day. It was adorned with with emerland diamonds and there was a beautiful butterfly hanging with  the chain at the end.

" I am glad that you liked it." I said.

" I loved it. Thank you." She said touching the butterfly.

" Let me help you." I said and wrapped the bracelet around her wrist.

" It's so beautiful." She said. " So you were buying this that day?" She asked.

" Which day?" I was surprised.

" 2 days back in the mall?" She asked. She was there?!

" Did you see me?" I asked.

" Yeah." She said still looking at the bracelet.

" Why were you there?" I asked my jealousy kicked in.

" For lunch." She said.

" With whom?" I asked.

" Natalie and the kids." I said.

" Kids?!" I asked.

" My nieces and nephews." She said.

" Alright." I said. " I was buying a gift for my mom. It's her birthday the day after tomorrow." I said. " I found this in the jewelry store. It was perfect for my girl who adores butterflies a lot. So, I bought it." I said.

" Thank you, Christian. This is so beautiful." She said.

" Won't you give me a kiss for that, Babe?" I teased her. I knew she is a shy girl. But to my surprise she leaned and pecked on my lips.

" Thank you, Christian." She said.

" You're always welcome, Babe." I said.

" Can I ask you something?" She asked.

" Sure." I said.

" Who was the girl with you?" She asked.

" She is my cousin Patricia." I said.

" What's with her?! Why is she so clingy?! And why don't you like her?" She asked.

" Her story another day. I don't have any intention to spoil my mood right now." I said. " But wait a minute, are you jealous of her?" I asked.

" Should I?" She asked me.

" You should." I said. " You should pull their hair, punch on their nose or kick them off if they try to look at your boyfriend." I said.

" No, I can't do that." She said.

" Slap hard on their faces." I said.

" I don't like hurting people." She said softly. I smiled and took her hands. I kissed on her knuckles.

" I know this why I love you so much." I said.

" So, what should I do then?" She asked. I was about to answer but a lady voice came from my back.

" You should go back home with me right now. Damn it, Nate." I heard her saying. As I turned I found Natasha's angry as hell twin standing there on the door with fire blazing in her eyes.

" I... I ca.. can explain." Natasha stood up and stood beside me.

" I am all ears." She came over to us and gave me a hard glare.

So, yeah. Everything was totally messed.
