Welp I don't what I did but miss Thalia just passed out and some of her huntresses look like the wanna kill me , whilst Artemis and Atlanta are on the floor laughing I looked at my brothers " uhhh guys a lil help here I don't know what to do ." 

" fuck you dude you're on your own with this one " Courage started laughing

Now I maybe a Wrathful merciless bastard too my enemies , but if there is one thing in this I fear it's a bunch of extremely pissed off eternal man hating Maidens .

I kneeled to the floor and shook Thalia " Hey lady Thalia if you could get up right now I'd appreciate it cause your sisters wanna beat me  to death ." Whispering urgently to her and she opened her eyes and I looked into hers and I started feeling butterfly's , I could see her face tint red " hey you gave us a scare their , are you alright do you need any water or food ?" I asked helping her to her chair " You know for someone who's name is Wrath you're such a softy ." She nudged me .

" it may be because of my mother but I have a soft spot for strong women " I smiled back

" Alright love birds lets eat and then I'll summon the Council ."  Percy said

Time skip after dinner
Percy POV

I led them too the Council room , it looked sort of like the round table , but there was like theatre seating that went around the the room , I told the huntresses to take a seat and lead Artemis too her chair , each chair was designed for a specific God , matching their domains .  After five minutes of waiting 2 of the  leaders from the outsider had shown up wearing their formal uniforms , one  having the the cloak of the Mons guard ,  which was shield with a mountain on it was off his left shoulder  His name was Evan Driskel , he was a son of Ares ,
The man next to him was The Corp leader , which is  the detachment that goes and rescues children , The corp sash was two crossed swords over a wreath , his name was Jay Castle son of Aphrodite . The Vanguard cloaks consisted of Orthus with a 4 men wielding weapons fighting , a depiction of their first battle all them years ago they weren't really cloaks more like capes that dropped just below shoulder level , My cloak was of a me riding Blackjack wielding Riptide .

Reluctantly I summoned Camp Jupiter and Camp half blood . I'll let Hera discuss the meeting with Hylla , I think my brothers have dealt with enough man hating women for one day .

2 hours later

Percy POV

As all the campers took their seats in their respective seating ( basically as far away from the hunters as possible to avoid injury )  the Olympians walked in , followed Jason , Piper , Annabeth , Frank , Hazel , Leo ( he came back with calypso who is back in new Rome with their baby .) Nico , Reyna , and the camps leader Donavan ( who was given partial immortality as the camp leader , no immortal Cabin leaders in this story folks .) 

" Why don't I get a seat at the table ?!" Donavan asked

Before I could even reply Roger Cut in with.
" Because you've done nothing to earn it ."  I cracked a smile and Artemis snickered . " How dare you talk to my boyfriend that way !! Not only is he the camp leader he's my boyfriend do you not know who I am Demi god !!!!! " Annabeth Screeched  .  Roger started  to fake cower mocking her " Oh no an angry minor goddess and her mediocre excuse for a boyfriend and a warrior , help me lord Perseus whatever shall I do!!"  Annabeth said " that's - " " Just kidding don't fucking care !"" Roger yelled back . 

Annabeth looked around too see the other men in uniforms . " Who are you people and why do you all have uniforms , are you the Guard here ."  She asked . 

" This is great but we got business to attend too so if y'all could just sit down in a chair in front of your respective camps ." I ordered  , my Outsiders started filing in 160 of them .

" let's begin the council ." Zeus said " Why have you summoned us here Perseus ?"

" Well I believe I should explain to the campers who the outsiders are we kept them  in the dark long enough ." I said ." This will answer your question minor goddess , The men you see around you in uniform , aren't my guard you seed I created my own group of males similar to the hunters of Artemis , this group is more upfront about handling issues of child abuse , for the last few months you've been wondering why so man campers and huntresses have shown up at both the wolf House and Camp half blood ." I looked around the room all eyes directed toward me ." We are the reason behind this , so I'll let my Vanguard introduce themselves , their actual names , not their alias's ."  I finished

Mikey stepped up first. "My name is Michael Grantham or Mikey , I am a mortal, but after a fee months of serving with Percy,  Lady Hestia was kind enough to adopt me as her own , Im skilled in archery and calming people down and summoning home cooked meals , whenever we rescue someone I'm usually the one that takes the children to their respective camp ." He said

Caleb stepped forward ."  My name is Caleb Greene , Son of Hermes , I excel in spear fighting , I'm the fastest and the 3rd best fighter , I usually try too keep people's spirits up with jokes , I usually help Wrath deliver punishment too those who deserve it "
He said

Spencer was next . " My name is Spencer Rork , Son of Hercules , I am the strongest physically my weapon is my shield , and my Cestus  , I'm an excellent motivator , I'm pretty intelligent for a son of Hercules also he laugh , I usually am the first to go see the child who is being abused to help make Mikey's job a little bit easier ." He smiled at everyone as he finished

And last was Roger , Donavan glared as he stepped forward . " My name is Roger Martinez , Son of The Titan Krios ." He stopped as everyone gasped , I looked too Thalia and she looked taken back . " I am Percy's second , I have titan strength which is why I am capable of wielding a blade this large at my size , I can control gravity around me and create constellations , I am the one who you don't want to anger , I love doing bad things to bad people , that's why I'm called Wrath , I make the wicked suffer so when we rescue someone I make sure that persons feels what their victim felt ten fold ." He finished everyone in the looked at him with fear , the only person who didn't look at him with fear other than his brothers was one  black haired and blue eyed daughter of Zeus , Thalia .

I cracked a smile ." Alright back to business , We have another way coming ." 

Then all hell broke loose .
