Jonathan's POV

As I was doing my daily reading I saw a tiny girl sitting on my bench. I approached the young child.

"Hey little girl, are you lost?" I asked kindly. She looked scared. "Yes prince Jonathan." She said quietly.

I chuckled. "I remember when I was little I got lost in my castle once." She giggled. "Do you need help getting home youngling?" I asked.

She nodded. I stood up and offered my hand. She took it and also stood up. We started walking towards the opening where she had entered through.

"What's your name sweetie?" I asked. "Evie. Evie Fong." She said proudly. The Fong family.

"Ohh I heard that you're a very hardworking family. Is that true Evie?" She nodded with enthusiasm.

I giggled. I knew where they lived because when I was 10, me and Shane would always run around the woods. They lived around that area.

'"Catch up Jonathan!" Shane yelled. I was out of breath. "I'm coming Shane!" I yelled through sharp breaths. The leaves that were crunching beneath our feet stoped, meaning that we stopped running. "Hello boys." A kinda lady said. A boy with black hair stood behind her. He looked about a year older than me. "Hello Mrs. Fong." My brother said politely. "Mommy, can I play with them?" The boy asked in a small voice. "Of course you can!" I said with a giggle. He was my best friend, but he never told me his name.

I felt Evie tighten her grip on my hand. I realized that we were now into the woods. I reassured her, by squeezing her hand, that everything was okay.

I saw the cabin in the woods I remembered so well. I knocked lightly. A few seconds later a tall black haired teenager opened the door.

When he saw his sister he immediately brought her into a tight hug. I smiled. "Oh Evie you scared me." His deep voice said.

After a few more seconds of hugging, he finally looked up at me. "Thank you so much prince Jonathan." He bowed. I stopped him.

"You don't need to do that." I said with a giggle. He chuckled. "If you don't mind me asking, where did you find her?" The older male asked.

"She was just chilling in my garden. I asked her if she was lost and when I found out she was, I took her home." I explained.

He starred at me for a couple of seconds. "You look so familiar." He said and squinted his eyes. I giggled. "Well I do believe we have met." I said with a smirk.

"Where?" He asked curiously. "Maybe you'll find out soon." I said and walked back to my castle.

I got him good. To bad he doesn't fully remember me.
