The Difference Between(Alana's Story) Scorch Trails

Alana's P.O.V
So many people have died and all the blood is on me because all of this killed my friends, everything that I had. I never thought of it but, where are my parents? I ran up to Newt while still thinking of 100000 ways of how they disapear, when I was next to him I ask him

"Do you ever think of our parents?" He looks at me and says

"Sometimes, even though we don't know who they are but, I think that after this is over we can find them than we could be a family again." I look at him straight in the eyes. We don't know how long this would take. 10 more years? 18? 16? We'll never know until that time we know how long until they find a cure for the virus. I can't trust WICKED anymore because of what they put us through. I looked back at Teresa who was walking all alone, we haven't talked in a while so I speeded up until I was next to her.

"Hey," I say trying to break the silence between us.

"Hey," She answers back. "Are you ok from the nightmares?" She asks me.

"Yeah, there changing now which I don't know why but, they do." I tell her about one dream that I used to have every night but, it changed last night.

"Intresting," She says, puzzled. "It sounds like someone is sending messages to you that are threatening." She says to me. If they where threatening than why did the dream change? I looked at her than put my arms around her, stopping both of us and whispered to her

"Thank you." I couldn't thank her enough. If her brain can figure that out, than I have to protect her from going in and Tommy going in. I don't know if they want Teresa because she wasn't supost to be in the spot that I was suppost to be in where I can enter the trials. Tommy how ever the past was blurry, all I could remember for him was that he wanted to help us get out. We both started walking when we where done than I just thought of something.

"Teresa?" I ask in my mind wanting to know if she's telepathic.

"Alana?" A voice rang through my head, it sounded like.....Teresa?

"Teresa, this is Alana." I tell her not trying to freak her out because I'm sure that she thinks that she's crazy.

"Oh my god Alana, I didn't know your telepathic!" I heard her excitement when she said it. How long did she know how to do telepathic?

"How long did you know how to use telepathic?" I ask her because it sounds like she was learning but, by who?

"I don't know but, when I came up in the box I already knew how to use telepathic." She answers back to me echoing in my mind. I stopped, we might need it in the future or maybe later, I don't know when we need it but, we'll need it soon. It seemed weird I learned it while I was in the Maze when a boy talked to me when I was in the Maze. I didn't know who it was.

(Flashback)
    I ran the Maze a long side Newt. A voice started to ring in my head

    "Hello?" I tried to ignore it but, when it said

      "Alana, I know you're just ignoring me." How does the voice knows me? I tried to respond than I tried to picture words I imaged

     "How do you know me?"

     "Alana, my name's Thomas." His voice rings back in my head.

     "Good to meet you." I say trying to sound cheerful and not sound like I'm crazy.

      "I want to get to know you a little more." His voice says again.

(Flashback End)
   
Alana's P.O.V
   I totally forgot to ask him if he remembers anything about talking to me or if he's been talking to me. I really don't want to talk to him about it because of what's going on between both of us and Minho. He hasn't talked to Minho ever since Minho asked me to be his girlfriend, I couldn't bare to see Tommy still acting like this even though he says he's fine but, he doesn't act like it. I ran up to Tommy and ask while still catching my breath a little

   "Tommy, what's really was going on between you and Minho?" He turns me than back while he doesn't run into anything

   "Do you really wa t to know?" He raises his eyebrow looking at me.

   "Of course I do. Ever since Minho asked me to be his girlfriend you've been acting.....angry at him ever since than, before that you where just fine. I'm worried about you." I say, hearing the sadness creeping slowly.

    "Ok. Me and Minho made a deal because we both found out that we where both in love with you. The first person to confess will get your love. Minho won that deal. I was so stupid for not telling you how I felt and guilt has been killing me slowly ever since than." He says sounding guilty for a crime which has never happened. My chest tightened with too much guilt that I almost fell backwards. I felt really bad but, I already made my choice and I chose Minho over Tommy. Either way one of them would feel guilt now that I think about it, I wanted to cry so hard but, no tears came out.

   "I'm sorry Tommy." When I say it the sob made a crack in my throat. Tommy looks at me and says

   "There's nothing to be sorry about. You made your choice and that choice is yours alone. You control what your life is and how it works. WICKED is stopping you from having freedom, also other people, it isn't fair that people will be controlled from how they act or how they want to control themselves." That is true but, there already taking millons of people's freedom and there children because they need to find a cure although, it's on a deal so if one of there children died even though they promised to keep them safe. WICKED is killing children left and right, there not killing there word that's why the next time I get a chance, I'll take it. I couldn't bare to see anymore kids die in front of me at all or ever again. They aren't taking risks, not with there lives there using other lives to take place of them if they had to risk there life. WICKED is betrayal, WICKED is cruel for there crime, WICKED can't stay alive, they must die  because of what they did to everyone on earth.
