"Princess, wake up" Caden's voice had interrupted my peaceful sleep. My eyes fluttered open and met with his brown eyes, a smile was formed on his face.

"You have school today" he lowers the covers around my body. "Okay" I rub the sleepiness out of my eyes which had woken me up more. Caden had left my bedroom then I had eventually gotten the strength to start getting ready for school.

Once, I had walked into the school building. Immediately, everyone had started watching as I walked down the hallway, they would whisper to their friends or be smiling to me. Soon, my eyes had spotted Zach and his crew but this time, Eve was there as well. Of course though, Jonah had his arm around her.

Emily's voice started playing over and over in my head about her and Zach being together or him playing the sympathy card. But then it all had followed with everything else she had said.

My outfit for today is black leggings, plain red sweatshirt and regular b&w converse. After, what Emily has said about me, I lost all my self confidence.

My feet continued walking down the hallway but I ended up just passing the crew. Honestly, no part in me wanted to be here or see anybody.

The school doors had opened and in came my beautiful girlfriend. But, she went back to her other attire of leggings and sweatshirts. What happened? My friends and I just continued talking while waiting for Adeline to show up. Instead, she walked right past us and we all began getting confused.

"Eve, what happened?" I ask the only girl in our group. "I honestly have no idea" she said, watching Adeline. We all decided to follow Adeline to her locker.

I already knew that Zach and his crew were following me to my locker, they were not even that far behind me. Soon, Emily had appeared behind my locker door, causing me to jump. "Look, it's the little slut" she smiles. No words left my mouth, instead, anxiety started happening. I had forgotten all about my depression since Zach became my boyfriend. "So, Zach came over to my house last night. He told me how clingy you are and how your so fat" she speaks softly. Tears were already escaping my eyes. "Aww, the bitch is actually crying" she laughs to her friends behind her and they follow with laughter. The next part was super shocking to me, Emily had slapped me.

A squeal left my mouth and everybody immediately stopped then stared. Soon, certain people started rushing over to me, such as Zach and his friends.

"Baby, are you okay?!" his voice sounded very worrisome and his eyes showed many mixed emotions. I slapped his hand away and he looked at me in shock. "Are you really using the sympathy card on me?!" I yell to him, "what are you talking about?" Zach asked. "You're only being my boyfriend just because you feel bad for me" my voice tells him.

"Adeline, I would never do that. I love you so much" he answers me. "Oh, and you decide to go and fuck off with Emily. You tell her that I'm such a bitch!" by now, I was a complete mess and emotional wreck. "Adeline, please listen to me" Zach's voice was now calming. Zach walked in front of me and took my hands in his, he looked deep into my eyes as he spoke.

"Adeline Rae Brooks, I love you...forever and always, no matter how cheesy it sounds. Once, our eyes first met with each other's, my stomach had filled up with butterflies and I swear it was love at first sight. Never in my entire life would I cheat on you, you mean the whole universe and more to me. Emily is telling you lies, okay? None of the stuff that she tells you is true. It's her way of getting back at us."

"Z-Zach...I love you too. I'm so sorry that I actually believed her and didn't just come talk to you. Please forgive me?" my voice stuttered. "Of course, I can forgive you" my boyfriend smiles them wraps me tightly in a hug.

"Everyone get to class!" a teacher yelled, interrupting the silence. Everybody flooded into their classes except for me, Zach, Eve and his friends. "Now, why are you wearing the leggings and sweatshirt again?" Zach said and my eyes went down to my hands. "Baby" he lifts my chin up. "Emily told me that I looked like a slut and that I'm a fat ass" I shyly explain to him. "You are the most beautiful human being on this earth. No way are you a slut, and you should never be called one just for being confident. Adeline, your gorgeous, okay?" a smile appears on his face as my head nods.

School had finished about two hours ago and I'm honestly super thankful. Especially because I was a total wreck. My hair decided to be crazy after third period, my makeup was everywhere, my clothes were wrinkly and my eyes were bloodshot red due to my crying this morning.

Grayson had promised not to tell any of our family members about the whole incident today at school. But he seemed somewhat bothered by the fact he couldn't tell anybody about it. After showering and drying off, I changed into some comfortable clothes. I wore black leggings and a Tommy Hilfiger oversized sweater which was super comfy. I wrapped myself up in my blankets and had eventually fallen asleep.
