"Girl how many of them have you made this week?" Tai asked her best friend who was currently in the guest room finishing up on a full lace wig she had been working on.

"six."

"and sold how many?"

"Four." Tommie answered stepping back to examine the finish product. Satisfied with her work she snapped a couple pictures to post on her Instagram. The wig was cuter than she expected. Once she saw the finished product she was ready to chalk selling the wig and just keep it for herself.

It had been two months since the girls had moved to Atlanta and things were going good for them. Thanks to social media and word of mouth back home Tommie had faithful clients back home that would order wigs from her faithfully. What started out as something she did for herself to save herself the hassle of having to sit up inside of someone salon all day, she would make herself a wig. People would constantly compliment her on her hair and ask who did it. Once she let them know she made them herself she gained more and more clients. Being in Atlanta, the plan was to open up her own salon, where she would have two to three other stylists outside of herself. Tai was cold on the nail side and would be the salons only nail tech. Just the same Tai had huge clientele back home but had been promoting herself like crazy on social media to gain more clientele out in Atlanta.

"Well sis it has been a minute now since we been here and we have yet to have hit the town to see whats up with the nightlife down here." Tai said crossing her leg over the other as she got comfortable in the chair in the corner.

Tommie gave her a quick side eye before turning her attention back to what she was doing. She knew exactly what her friend was hinting towards, and she was not in the mood.

"Girl you never in the mood!" Tai exclaimed.

She knew her best friend and without her saying a word and she knew she was not trying to go out. Tommie was such a home body and Tai hated it. Whereas with Tai she loved to kick it, loved to turn up and have fun.

"Where are you trying to go," Tommie sighed.

Shocked written all over her face, that was the last thing she expected her best friend to say.

"Its the grand opening to this night club I been hearing about all over the radio. For what it counts my cousin Selena coming too. You know she moved down here a couple years ago. So she gon get us the hook up with a section and show us good time. "

Looking at her phone she saw that it was already after nine o'clock, "Well we better start getting ready now then."

The only perk to going out in Tommie's mind was the chance to get dressed up, do her makeup and put on a new outfit to slay in. Tommie had a thing for fashion and she loved to stand out in her high priced designer clothes. But above that she loved having a excuse to beat her face. Tommie was a makeup guru she spent big money on her makeup. The two went in separate directions to get a head start on getting ready. It normally took the girls hours to get ready, from deciding on a outfit, to doing there hair and makeup the girls never left the house on time. Cutting on the sound bar in the living room, Tai turned her apple playlist on and put it on shuffle making sure to turn the volume all the way up.

Tai was the first of the two to get ready, which was normally how it happened anyway. So to pass the time she grabbed three shot glasses. Pouring three shots of Patron she placed the now full shot glasses and placed them on the island. Seeing as she use to be a bartender and was a borderline alcoholic in Tommie's mind she made sure the mini fridge stayed stocked with liquor and different chasers. Grabbing a saucer from out the cabinet she placed a handful of lemons and limes on the saucer.

"Ok how I look? Is this too much?" Tommie asked walking into the living room, giving a full spin before turning to face her best friend.

"Bitch I asked how I looked not for a damn picture

"Bitch I asked how I looked not for a damn picture."

"Sis you look bomb as fuck. That red hunny...." Tai complimented.

A knock on the door interrupted the two. No one knew where the girls stayed so it could only be one person.

"Lennnnnaaaaaaa!!!" Tai squealed opening the door.

"Baby cousinnnn." Selena smiled walking inside making sure to close the door behind her.

"Girl bye you three months older than me. Don't play yourself." Tai said playfully rolling her eyes.

Selena and Tai were first cousins and had been close during their childhood. Selena had moved to Atlanta when she was sixteen to follow her boyfriend who was twenty three at the time. Selena was young messing with a older nigga who was in the streets heavy and of course her parents disapproved. When she got pregnant the family disowned her and she had no choice but to move in with her boyfriend and they later moved to Atlanta.

"Girl move around.. Hey boo" Selena greeted Tommie. "Don't you look cute. You must be tryna steal somebody man tonight. "

"Girl no I don't wanna take nobody headache and have to deal with it."

"Fuck what she talking about I'm definitely trying to take somebody man, uncle, brother, cousin, son, daddy, granddaddy. Shit all of that." Tai exclaimed.

"And that is why you stay in some mess."

Shrugging them off Tai went to the kitchen where the shots were ready to pre game and get the night started.

"Time for shots BITCHESSSSS!!!" she called out, handing them each a shot glass.

Tommie grabbed her glass excited now to have some fun with her girls in her new city.

"To a good night out to celebrate a fresh start." Tommie said

"And to three bad bitches chasing THAT BAG!" Tai added.

"OKKKKUUUUURRR." Selena laughed, before the three took their shots.

"ANOTHER ROUND." Tai exclaimed grabbing the bottle of patron of the counter.

"Girl let us pray now. this heffa clearly tryna get us drunk before we even get to the club."

Tommie laughed ready to see how this night would play out.
