Specter went to his new bedroom and sat on his bed, Shadow and Static had stopped laughing not long after Specter left the heroes. They were actually silent which Specter was surprised about since it was rare that they voluntarily stayed silent. He wasn't complaining though, he was enjoying each and every second that they didn't talk.
Shadow sighed, "I'm bored."
Specter mentally sighed, "Fine, we can go to the library and read or something."
Static hummed, "Okay, I want to go outside later though."
Specter nodded, "Sure, if you two behave we'll go outside." Specter got up and headed toward the library, he picked out a few books and began reading. Meanwhile, the heroes had been training for over an hour and when they were done the heroes ate lunch.
While Megan was making lunch she thought of something, "Does anyone know where Specter is?"
All of the heroes glanced at each other, none of them knew where the ghost was and Kid Flash looked at Megan. "Why do you ask?"
"I don't think I've seen Specter ever eat since he came here."
The heroes all paused for a second and they tried to remember if they had ever seen Specter eat. He had been there for almost a week and none of them had ever seen him eat, Robin stood up from his seat. "I'll see if I can find him."
Robin was fairly certain that he already knew where Specter was so he headed to the library. If Specter wasn't in the library he'd probably be in his room, when Robin opened the door to the library he saw Specter. Robin mentally sighed, "You're in here again?"
Specter didn't look up from his book, "Yup, the voices are quiet when I read."
Robin nodded, he figured Specter did a lot of things so his voices would be quiet, "Do they talk when you're talking to other people?"
Specter paused for a second before he closed the book and looked at Robin, "Most of the time they do. For some reason there's only one person they shut up around but only if they're talking to me directly."
Robin raised an eyebrow, "Who's that?"
"Surprisingly enough it's you."
Robin's eyes widened a fraction and Shadow shouted at him, "You dumbass!"
Static looked like he was going to pull his hair out, "Why did you tell him?!"
Specter resisted the urge to roll his eyes and he changed the subject, "I'm guessing you're here for a reason, what is it?"
Robin blinked a few times to snap himself out of his shocked state and he remembered why he had been looking for Specter. "No one has seen you eat since you came here, I wanted to know when the last time you ate was."
Specter thought for a second, "I think it was a little over a week ago."
Robin's eyes widened, "A week?!"
Specter shrugged, "I kind of forgot to eat." Robin stared at him in shock before he grabbed Specter's wrist and dragged him out of the room. Specter was surprised but he didn't fight it, he waited until they walked toward the kitchen to ask questions, "What the hell is going on?"
Robin gave him a very serious look, "You're going to eat something, if you try to run I'll tie you to your chair."
Specter groaned, "It's not like I'll die from not eating for over a week!"
The other heroes started at him in shock and Kid Flash stood up, "A week?!"
Shadow face palmed and Static shook his head as Specter rolled his eyes and responded, "That's what I just said isn't it?"
