It is night time and the trainees are still awake because they need to choose the Leader and Center in their next mission. The trainees are having hard time choosing the leader and center. Meanwhile, on Vocal Team, they are all sat in a horizantal line facing the camera.
“ Let’s first choose a leader. Who wants to lead this team ? “ Chen Linong asked, decided to break the silence that has been covering them since they got there.
“ Actually, I think, In terms of my personal experience, As I have been leader twice, I think when there are 4 of us, without dancing but focusing on singing, A leader should be able to do things such as harmonize and be sensitive to the sound, it’s a bit more important. “ As Trainee Han Mubo started speaking seriously as the other trainees were listening to him.

Now, let’s first raise our hands if you want to be the center. 3, 2, 1 “ You Zhangjing said and after he finished talking, he race his hand alongside with the others. They all wanted to be the center. Of course, being the center will give you more attention. And center means you are more likely to be noticed by the camera.
“ This is awkward. “ Li Quanzhe commented.
“ Why all of us ? Everyone wants to be the center. “ Chen Linong said. Since everyone raise their hands, They individually say the reason as to why they should be elected to be the center.
“ This… in the past, I often sang songs like this, this type of song as well as how to sing it, I understand it. “ Li Quanzhe said.
“ I have a bit of selfishness because in the previous episodes, when filming for the show, I was ill with a cold, so filming did not go smoothly for me. I want to grit my teeth and perform well for once. “ Han Mubo said.

I never had been a center once because I am not that confident but since I am performing a thing I am good at, I’m confident that I will do good. “ Kim Se Yeon stated.

Why I chose this song initially was because singing it, was bittersweet for me, actually. I want to express this especially. “ Chen Linong said. Just that, the guys next door, Luo Zheng, Mu Ziyang and Bi Wenjun was summoned to be the judge in choosing the center. The trainees then started singing. When it was Se Yeon’s turn, Li Quanzhe and Chen Linong were grinning to her. It was hard to pick, really. All of them are good and the trio were having trouble in choosing who would be the center. But in the end, they made a conclusion. Bi Wenjun walks towards the five with the circle badge on her hand. Then he hand it politely to Kim Se Yeon with a faint blush.
“ Congratulations. “ The trainees said to Kim Se Yeon while she on the other hand, feeling pride while she sticking the badge on her sweater.
*** Interview ***
Bi Wenjun : We chose her because she sung it with a stronger feeling. The tone color of her voice makes people to feel what that song was really implying.
Mu Ziyang : My favorite part was when she sing the “who remembers” part. It touched me.
Luo Zheng : She’s just really good.
Li Quanzhe : She really suite slow and romantic songs because her voice is really sweet.
Chen Linong : I think she’s very strong. Her voice really was strong.

As the ‘What I miss’ Team choses the leader and center, They all make and divide the lines for the songs. After doing that, they go to the dorms and get ready to sleep.
* Kim Se Yeon’s Dorm *
“ What are you doing here ? I am going to get ready to bed. “ Se Yeon said when she opens the door and saw the female staff holding a camera.
“ We just want to film what you do before going to bed. “ The staff answered. Se Yeon nod and starts to head on the bathroom with the camera following her.
“ Well, first, I will get dressed in more comfortable clothes like this one. “ Se Yeon said and motion to the clothes she’s wearing which is a Pastel Purple PJs.
“ I will braid my hair into pigtails. Then I will wash my face to clean it and remove any excess make ups. Then I will apply this scrubs to exfoliate my skin. And then I will put a mask. I normally put mask 2 times every week. So to everyone who is wondering why I have this such skin, don’t put so much chemicals in your face. Natural is beauty. “ Se Yeon said.
** Fast forward **
It is morning and Kim Se Yeon still sleeping. Well, until she heard a knock. Se Yeon groggily stood up with her eyes still close and force herself to open the door.
“ What ? “ Se Yeon asked lazily while her eyes still close.
“ Well, I just want to remind you that we have practice today. “ You Zhangjing said. Kim Se Yeon’s eyes fluttered open.
“ Right now ?! “ She ask and You Zhangjing nod. Se Yeon groan and told Zhangjing that she will join then after she wash herself.
Se Yeon did her morning routine and change her clothes on Yellow Sweater and Black Jogging Pants that the staffs gave them. Then she make her way towards the practice room.
“ Goodmorning, Se Yeonnie~ “ Li Quanzhe greet her. Se Yeon mumble a small “good morning” and slightly bow.
“ Well, I slept late yesterday night so that’s why. “ Se Yeon said.
“ You still didn’t eat breakfast ? Here. “ You Zhangjing said and then hand Se Yeon an apple. Se Yeon accepted the apple and mumble a small thank you to Zhangjing.
“ You eat first then we’ll start practicing. “ Han Mubo said.

“ The next performers will be trainees who chose the vocal position. They showed everyone their potential in singing and composing. Trainees who chose ‘What I miss’ as their mission song. Please come on stage. “ As Yixing finished his statement, The What I miss Team one by one come out to the stage. The audience were cheering loud. Then they start doing their introduction. They started with some harmonization then they introduce themselves one by one. When it is Kim Se Yeon’s turn, She curtsy.
“ Hello ! I am the Elegant Rain, Kim Se Yeon. I am in charge of the center and I hope you enjoy our elegant performance. Thank you.” Kim Se Yeon introduce with such a demure manner. The trainees back stage are sporting a faint blush. A demure and elegant-looking Se Yeon is really beautiful. The lights were turn off and when it open, The only spotlight was on Han Mubo. He sat infront while playing a Cello. The trainees backstage were awestruck because they didn’t know that they will also play instruments.
“ Wow. This is really a massive surprise. Oh my god. “ Mu Zi Yang said. After some minutes of Han Mubo playing Cello, A piano then can be heard. The light scattered around revealing the other members, with Se Yeon on the side, playing piano.
“ Wow, she’s so cool. “ Mentor MC Jin commented.
Then Chen Linong started singing and then so on. When it was Se Yeon’s turn, she stood up and walk towards the other. Her Silver Crystal Crown glistening on the light.
“ She really looks like a princess. “ Mentor Cheng Xiao said.
“ Yeah, she has that vibe. “ Mentor Jie Qiong agreed.
As the chorus near, the trainees now have teary eyes. Some are having goosebumps. As the song nearing its end, suddenly, Se Yeon rose up, seating on a swing covered with white flowers. The trainees are left awestruck while the mentors and PD Zhang are smiling.
“ Ow, she’s really beautiful. “ Jieqiong commented. Then Se Yeon reach the high notes with so much emotions while she’s on the top, seating on the flowery swing and the other members are harmonizing. Silver confettis burst from above and it looks like it was snowing. Se Yeon ended the song and as she sung the last part, a tear escape from her eyes. The last part was “So I did not cry” but a tear escape from her eyes. It wasn’t planned. It always happen to Se Yeon when she was so into the song and she and the emotions are one. The national producers clapped as well as the trainees watching at the screen on the backstage. Some are wipping their tears because of the overflowing emotions.
“ She really immersed herself on the song. “ Ziao Gui said.
“ Really amazing. “ Zhu Xingjie commented.
“ Look ! Se Yeon is crying ! “ Justin said, mainly to Cai Xu Kun and Fan Cheng Cheng who were seating behind him. Se Yeon were slowly lowering down the stage and Li Quanzhe help her to stand up. They all bow together.
“ In it, entirely, I feel a song that was completed very well. Han Mubo, starting with the Cello, then followed with Kim Se Yeon with piano, made my eyes light up. After 5 seconds, the What I miss Team bow and went backstage to know their ranking. 5th place was Chen Linong, 4th place was Han Mubo, 3rd Place was Li Quanzhe, 2nd Place was You Zhangjing and 1st place was Kim Se Yeon.
