Chapter 25

Se Yeon is currently on the Dance Practice room, alone. There’s only one camera and no staff inside. Only herself was inside the big room. The elimination is currently on going on the ranking room and Se Yeon didn’t even bother to go there and watch. She just don’t want other trainees to be called yet the others didn’t. And she needs to shoot a cover dance and song of SNSD’s Into the new world. Manager Minjae informed her about this. The other members also posted a solo video each, covering their sunbae’s song. And her fans suggested to cover SNSD's Into the new world.

Since she already knew the choreography of the song (That’s the first routine they learned when they were still trainees), she just needs to film it. And here she is, wearing a white skirt,  pink sweatshirt, knee high socks and white sneakers, just like SNSD's outfit on their debut performance. There’s a camera infront of her. Before filming, she make sure that the camera can see her whole body. She then press start and she immediately goes on the center while holding a black mic connected to the speaker but not before playing the music.

The intro comes and Se Yeon flashes an innocent smile. Then she started to dance with the hard choreo while singing each member’s line. Honestly, she has trouble staying stable because the dance is so hard and very tiring. While dancing, she thinks if she will sing Taeyeon’s high note or not. She might strain her voice if she did but she knew that the fans wants to see her belt that high note. But her sister’s high note is quite hard due to the extreme choreography. She doesn’t know if she can do it.

The breakdance came and as usual, she slays it. After the tiring breakdance, Se Yeon thinks that she cannot do it. Dancing hard while singing a song of 9 members is really hard. She feels like she’ll past out anytime soon. But she hid it well with her smile. No one will suspect that she’s tired. She keeps thinking about her fans. About how she wants to make them happy and this is just a little treat for them after supporting her for so long.

Then the highlights comes. Se Yeon has decided. As the music playback from the speaker still playing, she belted Taeyeon’s impossible highnote after dancing hard. She even did Jessica’s highnote adlibs. While belting both Taeyeon and Jessica’s High notes, she keeps thinking about her fans and by doing that, she succeed. She even make it higher than Taeyeon a little bit. The next highlight is the high kick and of course, being trained in ballet and gymnastics, Se Yeon did that easily. Then the song finished. She immediately bows and end the video because she has a trouble breathing. She collapsed on the floor while still trying to catch her breath. Singing all of the lines from 9 member group is really hard. They have different range and she wants it to be perfect. Of course, she respects the song and the singers themselves so much. After some minute of laying down without moving, she then checked how the video goes. She’s very thankful because she perfected it in one shot. Well, if she did it again, she might die. And might even strain her vocal cord because of the high notes.

She opens her laptop which she brought on the practice room with her and transfer the video in the laptop. Then she emails it to their CEO where they will surely make some edits. After sending it, she lay again on the floor while looking at the ceiling.

She missed her members so much. And speaking of members, she need to buy them souvenirs and she thinks maybe later or tomorrow. She only have 2 weeks here and in that span, she will make sure that she can go the famous landmark here in Beijing. Maybe she could ask Cheng Xiao or Jieqiong or Yixing. If they are not available, maybe she can ask one of the trainees but she doubt they can give her a tour. They might be busy because after elimination, the last mission is to be announced. They might be busy practicing by then. If no one can give her tour, she can go by herself. There’s google and google map. And she’s fluent in mandarin so what could go wrong.

After resting for some time, Se Yeon gets bored so she took her phone and capture a couple of pictures of her. Maybe she’ll update her instagram. After taking some time capturing photos, she find the perfect picture for her feed. Then she finds the right one. It is her sitting crisscross infront of the mirror and her phone covering half of her face.

Se Yeon’s phone then rang. She look at the caller id and it was Soobin who calls her on Line. She accepted the call and the first thing that greeted her is Soobin’s chubby face.

“ Wae ? “ Se Yeon asked because Soobin didn’t talk instead, she’s looking away to the camera.

“ Oh ? Annyeonghaseyo, Maknae. We’re doing V Live now. Say ‘hi’ to tiaras. “ Soobin said then she show her screen on the camera. Se Yeon smiled.

“Annyeonghaseyo, Tiaras~~ Se Yeon imnida~ “ Se Yeon greeted with a cheeful smile. But then, Se Yeon noticed something.

“ Did you call me because you don’t have any topic to talk about ? “ Se Yeon asked while narrowing her eyes.

“ Hehe, that’s right. But we missed you!” Soobin said.

“ Yeah right. As if you really missed me. If I know, you guys are having fun without me because there’s no one who bullies all of you. “ Se Yeon said that makes the girls on the other line to laugh forcedly.

“ That’s not right ! We miss you ! I swear, we didn’t do anything fun without you. “ Min Xi said but Se Yeon smirk and said ;

“ Then what explains the picture of the three of you in what seems to be hongdae ? “

“ Anyways, Maknae. I’ll hang up. I know you’re a busy person so we’re hanging up. Byeee~~~ “ Before Se Yeon can argue, the call ended. Se Yeon roll her eyes before sending a message in their groupchat.

She really likes to tease them because of how they react. And that’s why she has been titled as Krown’s Evil Maknae. Of course, she get influenced by her same company and same maknaes on their own group. They seems innocent, They seems cute, They seems precious but behind all of these lives the PURE EVILNESS in them. SM Entertainment is also known for having savage evil maknaes in Kpop Industry. And it seems that Krown also has one.
