Chapter 26

Se Yeon happily skips around the streets of Beijing, humming to a random tune. Out of boredom, she decided to go out and wonder around the busy street of Beijing near the camp. She just feels like she wants to breathe real air not the air coming from the aircon.

She is completely oblivious of what’s happening on the elimination back at the camp. Well, she chose not to know about the program because she just can’t.

Wandering around the street, doesn’t care about the stares and cameras from the fans. She just wants to go out without having fans distrupting her peace.

She then went and try variety of Chinese Street Foods but she kinda miss her favorite korean streetfood which is ddeukboki. She enjoys being alone. She even brought some foods for the trainees.

It is already night time when Se Yeon went back to the camp. Having bombarded with so many questions about ‘where did you go?’ so many times but she just smiles at them.

While skipping towards the Trainees’ Dorm, she noticed a familiar figure sitting on the garden. She also noticed a luggage bag beside him. She approached the guy and sat beside him. The guy look at her but Se Yeon only stare at the starry sky. There was silence between them until Se Yeon spoke.

“ You don’t have to be sad, you know. Just embrace the result and move on. Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come. It is preparing you for even harder events that will come in your life. This happens to serve as reminder that you should work more harder to reach your dream. Everything has its purpose and everything happens for a reason. Someday, everything will make sense. For now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding yourself to work hard in order to achieve your dreams. So wipe that tears up and smile because that’s who you are. “ Se Yeon while still looking at the starry sky. Li Quanzhe looks at her with shining eyes. She’s really good at giving wise words and it really comforted him so much. Se Yeon then look at her and frowned when she still saw him not smiling. So she did the unexpected. She put both of her pointing finger on both side of his lips and pull it into a smile.

“ That’s better. “ Se Yeon said. Then she suddenly fished something out from the white plastic she was carrying earlier. Se Yeon picked one and stuff it on Quanzhe’s mouth which caught him off guard. Se Yeon laughed.

“ Omygod ! That baozi is so similar with your cheeks ! It reminded me of Xiumin Oppa when he’s eating baozi ! “

“ Thanks. “ Quanzhe said while munching at the Baozi Se Yeon gave her.

“ For what ? “ She asked.

“ For comforting me and cheering me up. “ Quanzhe answered.

“ You don’t need to thank me. I’m just saying the truth. Let’s walk along the flower path. Jiayou~ “ Se Yeon said, using a Korean saying which means ‘I wish all the best in your future.’

Se Yeon then stood up, smiling at Li Quanzhe and open her both arms. Quanzhe understood what she means and stood up, hugging Se Yeon tightly which the said girl returned and then lightly tapping his back. They stayed in that position for a moment before Se Yeon broke it.

“ I think I need to go. Don’t forget what I’ve said to you. Jiayou !  “ Se Yeon said, tapping Quanzhe’s shoulder one last time with an angelic smile plastered on her lips before walking away.

Quanzhe smiles as he watch the retreating figure of the girl who he have shared a hug earlier. His faced heat up when he remembers how tight Se Yeon hug her.

“ GUUUUYYYYSSSS !! “

Xu Kung, Zhengting, Justin and Cheng Cheng jumped up because of panic. Imagine, the room is so quiet and peaceful then suddenly, the door slammed really hard and followed with a loud voice. Who wouldn’t get shocked by that ?!

“ What ?! “ Zhengting asked while clutching his chest area where his heart was located.

“ Nothing. But I brought foods. “ Se Yeon said then show them the white plastic she was holding. After going through rooms and handing them the Baozi she bought, she immediately go straight here.

“ Oh ? Foods ? “ Cheng Cheng perked up and immediately goes down from his upper bunk bed and peak through the plastic bag full of boazi.

“ Uwaahh ! Baozi !! “ Cheng Cheng cheered as he one and bite from it.

“ Really ? Baozi ?! “ Justin said and joining Cheng Cheng in eating a baozi.

“ Come on, guys. You should share. “ Se Yeon said mainly to Justin and Cheng Cheng who are currently stuffing their face with baozis. Se Yeon get two baozis and hand it to Xu Kun and Zhengting who still can’t get over because of shocked.

But then, Se Yeon noticed something when she handed a baozi on Cai Xu Kun. She suddenly grab Cai Xu Kun’s hands to check it out which took the lad off guard.

“ You have an allergic reaction again. “ Se Yeon said in sad voice.

“ Uhuh, But it’s nothing. “ Cai Xu Kun said and hide his both hands from Se Yeon but she isn’t buying any of that. She snatched Cai Xu Kun’s hands again and examine the red rashes on his palm.

“ Is it itchy ? “ Se Yeon asked while still examining Cai Xu Kun’s palms.

“ Y-yes but it is bearable. “ Xu Kun answered.

“Did you put some medication on this?” Se Yeon asked again while directly looking at Cai Xu Kun’s eyes. Xu Kun nod sheepishly. Se Yeon sighed and fished something from her pocket. She pulled out some small white tube then she open the lid, putting some of the cream into Cai Xu Kun’s palms.

“ It’s Cortisone 10 Cream. It’s a sort of Anti-itch cream and it can relieve itch very fast. Don’t worry it doesn’t have side effect but it feels so cold in your skin. My dermatologist gave it to me because my skin is sensitive and it gets irritated a lot. “ Se Yeon said while applying the cream to the inflamed palms of Xu Kun.

“ Yeah. It’s kinda felt so cold but it does relieved the itchiness. Thanks. “ Cai Xu Kun said with a smile which Se Yeon returned.

“ Since you can get some of the cream on the baozi and can probably food poisoned from that, I’ll help you eat. “ Se Yeon said with a smile.

Then she help Xu Kun to eat while they have some conversation. Then the other guys noticed it. Justin suddenly put down his baozi and turn to Se Yeon.

“ Jie Jie, I can’t eat too. Can you feed me too~ “ Justin said while acting cute and pouting. Se Yeon look at her with sparkling eyes.

“ Omo ! You’re so cuuttee~~ “ Se Yeon fangirled which makes Justin’s cheeks to flared up. But then, a pillow was thrown and hit Justin’s head.

“ Stop it, Minghao ! You’re so disgusting ! “ Zhengting said while cringing. It turns out that he is the culprit of flying pillow.

“ Tsk, I feel like I’m going to throw up. “ Cheng Cheng said while acting like he was sick.

Justin pouted and he received another pillow in his head and a scream of cringiness(is that a word?) from Zhu Zhengting which made the room filled with laughter.

Good times and Crazy Friends makes the best memory. Time spent with your bestfriends is worth every second.
