I was at my locker, arranging my stuff when the twins walked up to me. "Hey guys" I said as I slammed my locker closed. "Sup" they said simultaneously. I smirked at them. "Y'all ready?" I asked. "Gotta stop by my locker" they again said simultaneously. I rolled my eyes as we turned to walk down the hall. We were getting looks from every direction. Some were whispering. All good things though, because I mean, we DID look good. We stopped by Aiden's and Ethan's lockers, who were across from each other.

"Look, there they go" Ethan said as me and Aiden looked around to see Scott and his pack. Fuck. "Scott's kinda sexy.." I murmured and the twins looked at me. "Don't get too tied into this Lani" Ethan warned. "Yeah yeah" I said as I brushed them off, walking towards Scott as their group had dispersed.

"Fuck" I said out loud as I "accidentally" bumped into Scott, making his books and papers scatter to the ground. "I'm so sorry" I said as I bent down to help him pick everything up. "It's fine. Are you new here? I've never seen you around before" he said as he smiled at me. "Yeah i'm new. My brothers and I are, actually. They're twins" I said as we both stood up.

Scott furrowed his eyebrows at me, then pulled me to the side. "You're a werewolf" he said blandly. ".. yeah" I said as I made my heart start beating erratically. He looked at me. "Hey what's wrong? Can you control it?" he asked. I shook my head quickly as my eyes flashed a light purple. He looked at me, amazed and then shook his head. "Okay. Okayokayokay" he said as he grabbed my arm and pulled me into another classroom. By then, I had made my fangs and claws come out.

"Hey. Hey. ...umm" he said as he looked at me. "Kehlani" I struggled out as I tried to "control" my shift. "Look at me, okay? Pain makes you human. Dig your claws into your hands" he instructed. I did as I was told and bit my lip as my sharp claws pierced my skin, causing me to calm down and my eyes to change colors as my teeth and claws retracted. "Thank you" I murmured as I hugged him. I felt him nod. "No problem ... you're not like your brothers are you?" he asked.

"What do you mean?" I asked as I tilted my head to the side. "Your brothers .. they're evil. You don't seem evil" he said.

"My brothers ? Oh. Well I guess I should tell you that they're not my actual brothers. We're only friends. Evil?" I said as I let out a laugh. "No. They're the nicest people ever." "You don't know what they do, do you? You're completely in the dark" he said as he came to the conclusion. " .... in the dark about what?" I asked. "Do you know what your eyes mean?" he asked. I shook my head. "You're a new werewolf aren't you? How did you even end up with them?" he asked. I shook my head as tears started coming to my eyes. "This is too much. I gotta go" I said as I ran out the classroom and passed Scott's friend, Stiles.

"Bro what's that about?" I heard Stiles ask Scott as I got further away. "I don't know. But i want to find out." he said.

Truth is, I really don't know what my eyes mean. Neither does no one in my pack. I'm the strongest, next to Deucalion. I've never seen a werewolf with light purple eyes. Deucalion tells me that i'm my own werewolf, that i'm the only one of my kind. All I know is that my strength is unimaginable.
