"Ms. Underwood." Aliyah smiled. "Your home is lovely."

It was tomorrow already. I looked at my alarm clock groggily.

"11:55?" I thought. Where had the night gone.

"Lucifer! Get up. Aliyah is here."

I quickly put on the first outfit and shoes that I could find, and scrambled down the stairs. There stood Aliyah, looking a lot more ravishing than yesterday. Her tumbleweed hair was out of a bun, and was flowing down her back. Ocean blue were her eyes, twinkling like mad. That's when I looked down. Her legs ended at her thigh, and were replaced by two prosthetics with gigantic foot vessels. She had prosthetics? I didn't expect that much of an imperfection on such a Barbie. I'll bet she wore shorts to expose her robotic limbs.

"Hi, Lucifer."

"Hey."

She rose her eyebrow when she saw my gaze aiming down. My mother caught my glance as well.

"Lucifer Underwood! You do not stare at a woman's breasts."

"Ms. Underwood. I think he was looking at my..."

"Oh. Lucifer, don't."

My mom seemed to know more about this girl than met the eye. The women seemed like they had a bond.

Aliyah sighed, and wrapped her thin fingers into mine.

"Lucifer, would you like to go to my studio?"

"What kind of studio?"

"My art studio. I opened it after my father enrolled me in art classes. I got hooked on everything having to do with art. I'm not exactly a prodigy, but I aspire to be as talented as one someday."

Oh god. My assigned friend is a goody-two-shoes. Then again, I wouldn't get away with saying no.

"Uh...yeah. Sure"

Her face brightened at my answer and she practically dragged me to her convertible.

"I didn't think you were in to art." Aliyah said, fiddling with the stick shift.

"I'm not exactly in to art. I'm only doing this because you want me to."

She rolled her blue eyes at me, and scoffed. "Honestly, Lucifer! You have charisma, but..."

A smile danced on my lips, as she bagan to drive. "But what?"

"You have no drive or compassion. I was like you once, but it cost me something that I can never regain. My laziness reached the point of not getting out of bed for an excruciatingly long amount of time. I'm showing you my studio to see if a secret artist lies beneath your undetermined exterior."

Her words almost made me laugh. I couldn't help the little snickers as she spoke, but no laughs had escaped my lips. That was, until her monologue about ambition and shit.

"Why the heck are you laughing at me?" Aliyah said, trying to keep focus on the road, and not on the magnificent creature beside her ( me, obviously. )

"You're just so set on changing my ways when you hardly even know me."

"No one helped me when I was obese, in bed 24 by 7, and was playing video games for a living. That's why I decided to help you out in the first place."

"You won't be able to help me because there's nothing wrong with me."

"That's what they all say."

That's when a large, ranch-like brick building came into view.

Aliyah smirked. "Prepare to get your balls knocked off."
