Jay stands in surprise as he looks around, looking at everyone as if they are crazy. When he finally catches himself, he turns around and covers his face with his hands. Laughter escapes from my mouth before I take two baby steps which draws me right behind him. I slowly rest my hand on one of his, as he still has them against his face.
"This is not cool, Amelia," he whispers in a shaky tone, making me chuckle inside. It is seriously an emotional moment right now, but I find it a bit funny.
"Lol, I didn't plan this. I was just told to do my part, Jay. Now can you please remove your hands from your face? I need to see you," I attempt not to laugh as I hold the four fingers of his left hand and pull them towards me. So...now I'm only seeing half of his face, which is already soaken in tears.
I take hold of his other hand, and remove it from his face, then I place both of my thumbs under his eyes and wipe away his tears.
I never thought Jay would have cried, but....I guess things happen in unexpected ways.
I turn him around to face the others, and so he begins to smile when he sees persons he never thought would have been here, tonight. He is even surprise to see the venue of the party.
