More Than Just A Maid

Chapter 8

        The weekened went by and today you couldn't have lunch with Junie because she was eating with her study group, so you just decided to eat at the house. You all got their around the same time and some of the guys ate already so usually for lunch on weekdays, you fend for yourselves. You made a small bowl of noodles and brought them to your room. You set them on your desk and got your text book out and started doing homework. You had chop sticks in one hand and a pen in the other with noodles in your mouth and your leg was pulled up so your foot was on the chair. You were finishing up the last question and there was a knock at your door.

        "Come in." You said with a full mouth.

        "Do you want to come with me to pick Jungkook up from school?" Jin asked, laughing at the state you were in.

         "Sure." You grabbed your bowl and took it to the kitchen then went out where Jin was to get your shoes on.

         "Are you going to get Jungkook?" Taehyung asked as he peaked his head through.

         "Yeah." Jin said.

         "Can I come?" Jimin asked, popping his head out of the other side.

        "Well if Jimin is going, I might as well go too-"

         "Nope." Jin grabbed your hand and dragged you out the door. You both got into the car and Jin started driving.

         "Why didn't you let them come?" You asked. Jin just shrugged. After a minute of silence, Jin spoke.

        "So, they were talking about you last night." Jin said. 

         "Hmm?"

        "Taehyung and Jimin, when you were eavesdropping."

         "Yah, I said I wasn't eavesdropping. And how would you know they were talking about me? Unless you were eavesdropping too, Mr.Eavesdroppingisn'tniceyouknow." He chuckled.

         "I was standing there for about 30 seconds and you didn't even realize it."

        "So you were watching me listening to them?"

        "Hah! So you were eavesdropping!"

        "What? N-no-"

        "You just admited it."

        "You set me up!" You were both laughing.

        "But yeah, they were talking about me, I guess."

         "They like you."

         "What?"

         "Taehyung and Jimin, they both like you." You heart beated faster and you were speechless. "You haven't noticed?"

        "Well, I kind of had a feeling that Jimin kind of liked me, but Taehyung?"

         "Yeah, well I mean he hasn't admited it but deep down, I think he does. That's why he's always mean to you."

        "How do you know he's always mean to me?" "The behavior he shows towards you infront of us, and I was there when you bumped into him when you got out of the shower. I went to my room to get something and I was about to leave my room when I saw you in a towel. I didn't want you to feel uncomfortable that I saw you so I was going to wait for you to go back to your room, until you bumped into Taehyung. I saw and heard how he treated you. And I heard what him and Jimin were saying before that."
