Bea's POV
"Asan kaya si Deans, ate Bei?" Luigi asked.
Napatingin naman ako sa kanya. "I also don't know pero she said na she have a good news daw 'pag nagkita kami." I said with a shrugged.
"Labo naman. Ayaw nga niya magpakita eh." Luigi said with an irritated tone.
Napatawa naman ako. I'm about to answer him pero tumunog yung phone niya. "Sagutin ko lang 'to ate Bei." He said and distanced himself.
Did I saw it right?
Napaisip naman ako and shrugged. Well, there are many people in this world naman with a name like that so, I should not mind it that much.
I'm with him kasi magkalapit lang kami ng room and we decided to have merienda together kasi we're both hungry na. I'm busy using my phone ng may taong nahulog yung mga dala niya and I decided to help the person.
I picked up her books and when I'm about to get the other book, ang nahawakan ko ay the hand of the person I'm helping. I look at her and I'm about to say sorry but I saw her face and said her name. "J-Jia."
"B-Bea." She said. I am about to walk away but she hold my wrist. "Bei, can we talk?" She asked but more on pleading.
"Not now, but maybe someday when I'm already okay. Bye, Julia." I said and give her the books then walked away.
Pinuntahan ko si Luigi sa pwesto niya and hear him talking pa rin. "Talaga?!... Bat 'di mo sinabi? Nasundo sana kita.... Can we?.... Yes!.... Ok, take care. I love you, babe." He said to the one he's talking to. May girlfriend pala 'to?
He turned around and his eyes widen when he saw na I'm here na sa likod niya. "Ate Bea, kanina ka pa diyan?" He asked nervously. Why would he be nervous? I just nodded and lalo ata siyang kinabahan. "Did you hear anything?" He asked.
"No. Why? Tsaka, who was the person ba na tumawag sayo?" I asked.
Para naman siyang nakahinga ng maluwag and just sighed. "Ah, wala yun ate Bei. Just a friend." He said and laughed nervously.
"Just a friend pero may 'I love you, babe' before ending the call? Wow, what a friend." I said with a sarcastic tone.
He was about to answer me but may tumawag sa akin and saw that it was Jho. I turned to Luigi to say na I will just answer the call sana pero nagsalita na siya. "Ate Bea I need to go na pala. I need to meet someone kasi eh. Sabihin mo kay Deans na kupal siya and ingat ka ate Bei!" He said and I just showed a thumbs up.
I answered the call. "Hoy, Beh! Bat antagal mo sumagot?" Iritang tanong ni Jho.
"I was with Luigi kasi and we're talking kaya I wasn't able to answer your call agad. Why did you call pala?"
"Pinapapunta na tayo nila coach sa gym. May announcement daw eh."
"Ok. Where are you?" I asked her.
"Sa dorm beh, training na daw pagkatapos ng announcement eh kaya nagreready na ako."
"I'm on my way. Sa akin ka na lang sumabay going to the gym, ok?"
"'Kay beh. Ay beh, pasabay daw pala si Jules at Syd! Ingaaaats, mwah!" She said and ended the call. Pumunta naman ako sa car ko and started driving papunta sa dorm.
For those who are asking if may relationship kami ni Jho, well the answer is wala. But I did had a crush on her nung first year ko as a rookie kasi she's so kind to me and caring. Pero nung tumagal na, I realized na I just like her to be my bestfriend. Parang sisterly love ganon and she's the only one who knows my true feelings bukod kayla Deanna.
