It had been 3 weeks and 4 days of planning until they had the party planned, a date booked, and had sent out the invitations. Peter and Steve had decided on a small party, so some music playing, video games, lots of food and drinks and fireworks. Well it was small for Steve, but to Peter it seemed like the party of the year. He had been to a few parties before, but this was going to be the best. Ned and Mj has pleaded to go many times, but Peter kept explaining how it was superheroes only. To say They were pretty upset would be an understatement. So was to say that Steve was excited. Steve had been giving all his thought to this party, and had sleepless nights because of his new ideas that had formed in his head.
Not forgetting the rest of the avengers, they were pretty excited too. The Infinity War was a pretty intense battle, so they felt it was necessary to associate something more light hearted with the people they fought with. For some, they had to say hello and goodbye to many of their new friends in a matter of hours. The building was buzzing with excitement. No one wanted to wait.
Even Tony felt excited. He didn't let it show as much to Steve and the others, but as Peter felt proud of Steve and his' party, he told Peter he was really looking forward to the event happening soon.
