In Emma's manor:
Richards POV (Emma's father):
Elizabeth left me in my chambers alone in solitude. The last thing either of us wanted was to see our little girl miserable. *sigh* I stare at a portrait painted from what feels like so long ago. I was sitting in my comfortable leather arm chair while my bewitching wife was adjacent to me, our beautiful daughter held tight in her embrace. I must admit I'm quite jealous of the "mothers bond" even if my lack of affection says otherwise.
Leaning back in my chair a small sigh escaped my mouth. "Emma i hope you can find it in your benevolent heart to forgive me" My head tilted to the right and a stack of paperwork caught my attention as it relates to Emma's travels. Tomorrow I will tell her without fail *sigh* how bothersome.

Alexander's palace
Emma's POV:
The sun glows against the golden wall illuminating the room. My eyes open one at a time. One of the kind maids who woke me laid out my day attire, it is a teal laced dress, which was flawless. I get out of my double sized bed and dressed myself accordingly. Asking if Alexander had awoken I smile demonically while the perfect plan cased my mind. "Please do not disturb him as he has complained of insomnia and needs as much rest as time will allow" I say totally not lying through my teeth. "Alright, my lady I will personally awake him within the hour" she said contently. "Thank you, this will be much appreciated by not him but me as well". Bowing she briskly walked towards the door "ahh Lady Emma your father has requested your presence in three hours" she left the room.

After I was alone for two minutes, my ear was pressed up against the door to hear outside movements. Nothing. Hmm I wonder what my father acquires my assistance for. Nonetheless, extending my arm out to turn the handle I quickly slip into the hallway, walking undetected by any butlers or maids my feet danced to a halt, I'm outside Alexanders room. Pinning my ear to the white painted door nothing was heard he must be sound asleep still. Opening the door, I slipped inside his room closing his door in one swift process. His chamber is still dark as the curtains have yet been parted.

Many thoughts raced to my mind as I pulled his curtains apart letting light seep through on how to wake him. He looks so adorable with the sun rays gazing his close eyelids. Turning around scanning his room a chair seizes my attention. Just as I was going to move it I heard him mumbling, this sent me into shock, is he awake? "Miss... Emma... don't... me..." Is he sleep talking again how cute. Pushing the chair towards his bed, he roles on his side facing me. Slumping in this quite cosy arm chair I stroke his check with my thumb in hopes it will wake him. It works! His eyes open one by one he rubs his eyes as if he can't believe I'm here, what a goof.

My smile grows devilishly "E-EMMA! How, what, why? What do I owe this pleasure so early in the morning?" Hehehe~ his voice kept breaking. "Can I not wake up my best friend?" My mannerisms acting as if he hurt my feelings. "What n-no of course you can but would you mind..." I'm quite confused from his sudden change but I'll leave him to fully wake and dress himself but before I do make my way to the door I stop abruptly and twirl around facing him. "Alexander, I must say you're adorable when you sleep talk, speak later ma chérie!" While shutting the door I notice he looks stunned, I hurried into my own chamber and sat down on the gold threaded sofa *sigh* one hour and thirty minutes left until I met with my father. Curiosity is consuming me, what could he want?
