George's POV:

It was a shock when it happened. I couldn't even comprehend it at first and when I did, I was so happy. Let me explain it all started when Will came round for dinner.

---------Time Rewind---------

Will and I were going round my mum's for dinner today as we are about to tell her the news that we are getting engaged and I'm so nervous about it as I'm not sure how she will react.

"So are you excited about going over there today?"

"of course I am why wouldn't I?"

"I don't know, let's just go now or we will be late," I say as I grab his hand and start dragging him out if the house.

we were at the house now and I was shaking from nerves. I knock on the door and wait.

"Oh hi George and Will dinner will be ready in about five minutes; make yourselves at home"

"thank you,"we both say in unison.

As we sit at the table my mum starts setting out the dinner on the table it was a pasta bake her specialty.

"thank you, this looks delicious," I say while looking at the food.

----------time skip to after dinner---------

It was once we had finished dinner that it happened.

"thanks mum that was amazing!"

"Will did you just call her mum?"

"oh yeah, I did sorry-"

"Don't be, you just called my mum, Mum. That's, like, better than when you said you loved me for the first time."

"well, I guess this is a great time to say that we are engaged?"

she squeals gives us a hug and congratulates us

From that day on Will always called her Mum.
