Henricks POV:
I wake up conscious, but still weary about opening my eyes. Slowly but surely I open one eye, it's really bright. When my eyes adjust I see I'm in a room, and there are things connected to me. It's warm though. Where am I? I start to panic.
I still can't talk. Where am I? Why is this room so weird?
The door swings open and a woman in white walks in quickly. I start to panic, My breathing starts to pick up and the box thing start beeping, which only freaks me out more.
"It's okay, you're okay, please sweetie calm down." She picks up something and speaks into it, saying that there is an emergency. Soon I feel a prick in my arm and start to feel sleepy. Again surrounded by darkness.
Brock's POV:
Im worried about the kid. He looks like he might not recover. "John Doh!" a nurse calls as she walks out, "hey is that the kid?" " sir are you here for the boy found in the cave?" " Yeah, I'm the one that found him" She looked at me for a brief second then told me that he is very shaken up. " Can I see him, please" I ask, " Yes follow me." When I walked in I could tell they sedated him. I walked up to the bed, and he stirred awake. "I...I..wh-" he tries to speak. "Shhhh, hey you're okay," I try to calm him. " The boy is in a very fragile state right now, you can stay if you'd like but he needs to rest." She says trying as much as she could to be optimistic. "Can I talk with you in private though?" She asks. I nod and walk out behind the nurse. " You said when your brother found him he was almost frozen solid right?" She asks with amazement obvious in her voice. "This boy is supposed to be dead, and yet by some , may I say, miracle he is almost completely healthy." I look at her like she is a mad woman. "Did you find his family?" I ask hoping this kid could catch a brake. " I'm sorry he has no known living relatives, he is completely alone."
"Can I look after him?" I call out kind of spur of the moment. I can sign all the paper work and I have room, it's just me and my brother." I ask, I feel kind of responsible for the kid. "Well if you sign the right paper work and you have a suitable living environment for the child, why not." She says with a smile.
