L E V E L 1: The Shutting Down of Metanoia

A long time ago, there lived a grotesque with a long golden hair, in the midst of the forest who was enceinte while having an amorous relationship with a human. But the society couldn't accept their affinity for they were imprecating that the grotesque was the curse causing all the dangers and misfortunes to their nation.
So, they tried to live peacefully to the deepest part of the forest, away from the infuriate people. And kept themselves hidden. But faith wasn't really on their side.
After a month of hiding, random bunch of travellers found their sanctuary. The news that the monster and her family was living in the woods immediately spread throughout the whole nation.
A war transpired.
She tried everything to protect her family but she failed. Her husband has been killed, while her daughter suddenly vanished.
Slowly, hatred begins to succumb her entire being. She became the atrocius monster that no one could ever imagine.
The whole nation felt her wrath.
She was named Aurea, the rotten gold.

It was surmised that the grotesque was travelling from town to town; to hunt children and to eat them alive. Rumors also says that she was retaliating her daughter's death, so, she wanted to wipe out all the children from the whole world.
Last week, the whole system of Metanoia was shut down due to the interference of a creature who was believed to be the monster named "Aurea", after the sudden increase in the number of children missing.
The Metan issued a law stating that all regions of the nation need to make plans on how they're going to defeat Aurea. One of his suggestions is to create a weapon that could pulverized the lurking monster.
Each representative from different regions should have a collaboration in order to build their sharpest weapon.
Based from the intel collected of the Council, Aurea's strength might also be her weakness; thus, creating a children's story is a must.
The weapon should be in a gun form, containing exactly 2000 pieces of bullets.
You must pique her interest to lure her out of the kingdom by engraving an elegy poem on the both sides of the gun, to somehow awaken her lost soul before her heart became as solid as a marble.
You should also never forget that the whole formation of the gun from the inside to the outside must be used as an instrument to arouse the children of the new generation on how the society works nowadays.
