Draco POV:
It's dark. It's so dark. I don't know what day it is. What happened? I opened my eyes and saw white. Well, I was in a hospital. How did I get here. How di- oh. I remember now. That bastard. Coming into Blaise, Hermione and I's apartment. Thinking he's wecome back after what he did to Hermione.
Yes, that's right. It was Ron who caused this.
The door creaked open and a tuft of red hair caught my eye. Me and Theo had just been talking about Hermione and what the wedding would be like. Man, I love that girl.
"Where's Hermione?" He asked, impatiently. I whipped my wand out and got ready for any type of spells he would cast.
"what the hell do you want with her?" I threateningly asked. Why would he want anything to do with Hermione? He broke her. He hurt her, why would she want him?
"Stupefy!" Ron yelled. "Protego!" Theo exclaimed.
It was a mini battle. Spells were flying all around the place. Suddenly, two very familiar spells came out of Ron's mouth that hurt to hear.
"Avada Kedavra. Sectumsempra"
The killing curse had hit Theo, and the other deadly spell hit me. I fell to the ground losing consciousness. Black. It was all black.
"That'll teach you" Ron spat before he left.
My best friend is dead. I lost my best friend to my enemy. Pushing that thought to the back of my head, I quickly called the nurse and told her to bring me Hermione Granger. She obeyed and Hermione was in the room not 5 minutes later.
"Oh my goodness, Draco." Hermione said as she rushed up to me and embraced me in a bone crushing hug.
"Hermione, I think you should know that my bones shouldn't have pressure applied to them." I said, jokingly. Man, I love this girl.
"Who did this to you, Draco?" Hermione asked. "I need to know. I don't know if you know yet, but Theo, well, he-"
She burst into sobs before she could even finish her sentence.
"He died, Draco. Theo's dead"
I took a deep breath in that caused my ribs to ache. "I know, I saw all of it. It was Ronald, you know. I didn't expect him to do something like that, but..."
"No, he wouldn't stoop down that low" Hermione said uncertainly. I assured her that it was Weasley, and she believed me.
"I'm so sorry. But I have good news. I'll be out of this bloody hospital in a few hours, and our wedding is still coming up!"
"I know, but I can't do the wedding for at least another month or two. I can't believe Theo's dead, it's the grief. Nothing against you."
Hermione was right. A few hours passed and I was finally able to get out of that hospital. When Hermione and I got home, we saw Astoria on the couch with Daphne by her side, giving her endless hugs. Hermione went and introduced herself to Daphne. Then she tried to make Astoria comfortable.
"Hey, guys, Ginny said that she had some news, so I want to invite her over to see what it was. Are you guys ok with that?" Hermione asked us. I quickly agreed and Ginny came over almost instantly.
"Hey guys. Hermione, how are you? After what you found out?" Ginny asked.
"What? What did she figure out." I asked.
Ginny gave Hermione a look and asked her "You haven't told him yet?" Hermione came up to me and said something that shocked me.
"Draco, Theo and I were twins."
Twins? They were... twins?
"Guys, My news was that I am," she paused, "I'm pregnant." Ginny exclaimed. Pregnant? I was so happy for her!
"Congratulations, Gin! Boy or girl?" Hermione asked
"It's a boy. We're still not too sure about the name."
That's so sweet, I'm happy for her. Then, I realized that that's going to be Hermione and I at some point in the next few years. I was going to be a father, that's amazing.
I'm glad that I'm out of that hospital, because now I can spend time with my soon to be family.
