Pidge X Lance

Pidge sighed " I guess we will have to wait it out then." Lance nodded and prayed his blush wouldnt show,
Lance could see pidges face slightly.
Pidge smiled and lances heart melted slightly.

" so what should we talk about?" Pidge asked. "Us?" Lance blurted out, "h..huh?" Pidge was confused,  "n...nothing" lance blushed.
" did you say us?" Pidge asked, her face was beat red. Lance nodded "yeah I did" he sighed.

" what do you mean us?" She looked up at him, "I thought we could talk about our friendship" lance stated. "O..oh" pidge nods "okay well what's there to talk about? Is something wrong with us?", lance quickly shook his head " oh my gosh no of course not, pidge that's not what I meant". pidge looked into his eyes " are you trying to say you don't want to be friends anymore lance?" pidges eyes welled with tears, she tried to hold them back but soon failed as they escaped her eyes and ran down her cheeks

" pidge no, no I'm not trying to say that. oh please don't cry" lance said quickly as he whipped the tears off her cheeks with his thumbs, " t...then what is wrong with us? d..did I do something wrong? are you mad at me lance?' pidges cheeks were red from crying. " pidge I'm not mad at you, I don't like you as a friend pidge, I really like you, like a lot" lance went red.

pidge took a minute to think " but you flirt with every single girl you see lance, you never flirt with me. why not?" lance looked shocked at her reply. " Pidgeon I don't flirt with you because I respect you so much, if you wanted me to flirt with you why didn't you say anything about it?".  pidge sighed " I would drop hints but I was to embarrassed to say anything" she stated and looked away. lance smiled and wrapped his arms around her and she dug her head into his chest. 

"Katie, I love you so so much" lance stated as pidge went red, she hasn't heard someone call her katie since they found her brother. "I love you to lance" she cuddled into him as he laid back onto her bed "try get some rest pidge" he said as he rubbed circles on her back.
