Niall’s POV: (Alice)

While everyone else was in the U.S. I was still here in London. I needed to clean up mine and Kay’s flat before I could just pick up and leave. I needed to make sure everything was in place. Also the record label wanted to talk to me. They said it was important.

I paced back and forth in our bedroom. Our tour ended only a month ago so being back home felt weird. Right after the tour ended I left anyways... I went to Kay’s hometown of Berkshire to try to find her. No such luck. I tried everything. I found this girl, Aria, she was trying to help me. SHe said she was one of Kay’s friends. So I took her out for coffee and tried to talk to her. We ended up running around the city with no luck. I thought for sure that I would have found her. Kay’s old flat was even abandoned.

The shampoo and conditioner were empty. It meant that I needed to refill them so when we got back so Kay and I could get clean. That is if Kay comes back… That fight we had was pretty big. It was devastating actually. My heart wrenches just thinking about it. Every single thing that was so simple hurt my heart so much. Everything reminded me of Kay. It absolutely sucked. I wanted so bad sometimes for the memories to leave my head and let me live my life like it never happened. They are honestly driving me to insanity.

I placed my passport in the front pocket of my suitcase. It was the last thing I needed to pack so I could leave for the U.S. as well.

My next stop was the record label. Evidently I had business to attend to.

The building was rather large. Too many floors for me to count on both hands. I shivered as I walked into the air conditioned room from humid outside. That was the funny part:  It was nearly the New Year and the outside was too humid, and I was not with my fiance. The tour started in the end of April, Kay left in September, the tour ended in October, and I went missing for a month or more in November. Now December was rapidly coming to a close. It was still barely warm enough to wear shorts in L.A. right now so I am glad I packed some pants and capris in my suitcase.

I walked into the building to be greeted by the desk worker. I told her I was there for the head of Syco and she let me right in.

The elevator ride was deary. They were playing Little Mix and it made me think of Zayn and his stupid romance with Perrie. I used to have that kind of love, but not so much anymore. As soon as I walked out of the elevator I was greeted by Simon.

“Niall! I am so glad I caught you before you left for the U.S. with the rest of the lads.” He shooed me into his office.

“What do you need Mr. Cowell?” I hesitantly sat down.

“Well Horan I need you to listen very close to me.” He leaned in so I could feel his hot breath on my face. “You, the rest of the band, and I have a problem. Well two now actually. Their names are Kaylee Amberson and Elizabeth Bailey.”

I flinched when he said Kay’s name like that. Like he had to spit it out in order for him to say it. “What- what do you mean?”

“These girls are causing this band trouble. I thought it was good when Kaylee went on tour with Ed. I thought it would take your mind off things, but then it seems as though Elizabeth still screwed with all your heads. After Kaylee left, you disappeared for a month! NO ONE knew where you were. And now Harry is infatuated with Elizabeth and she had him chase her down while she was ‘trying’ to find Kaylee with the rest of the boys following after him. These two girls have made a HUGE mess!” He slammed his hands down on his desk.

I stared at him doey eyed. I could not believe what I was hearing. He was blaming Kay and Lizzie for mine and the rest of boys’ mistakes. It was never their faults what we chose to do.
