"Peter. Come here." Stephen says from behind the wall.
Peter glances towards the voice to see Stephen Strange, reading a book. He wasn't looking up so Peter was slightly confused as how he knew it was him. But he could've just looked down after calling him.
"Oh, Mr. Strange." He says looking at him. "Mr. Stark told me not to talk to you."
"What an ass." He comments before walking up to him. "I have a question for you."
"What?" He asks tilting his head slightly.
"What is your relationship with Tony?" He asks, closing the book with a thud.
"What?"
"Like what do you want from him?"
"U-uh. I dunno. I just wanted to become an Avenger."
"So you're using him to become an Avenger?" He asks arching a brow. "That's gross."
"Wh-what?! No. Mr. Stark and I are friends."
"That's really gross."
"I'm not using him." He says annoyed. "Yesterday we hung out and went to Starbucks and shit. It was fun. I didn't even think about the Avengers."
"How was he acting?" He asks casually.
"I dunno. Like a parent."
"So like a dad?" He asks.
"Yeah. Why--"
"Kid!" Peter hears from behind him.
"What?" He asks turning around. "Oh Hey, Mr. Stark."
"Who're you talking to?" He asks.
"Oh just--" He cuts himself off as he turns around to see Stephen was gone. "Huh?"
"Common. I'm headed to Starbucks if you wanna come."
"I would but I have Math homework. I wanna spend my lunch getting good grades so I can be the best Avenger ever." He says with a smile on his face.
"Kay. Ill bring you back something then."
"I wanna vanilla bean frap with extra whip cream and a birthday cake flavoured cake pop."
"Okay. Ill be back soon. Where are you going to be?"
"Prolly in the section outside the cafe no one goes."
"Okay. See you in like twenty minutes."
"Bye." Peter says waving before turning and walking down the stairs to the cafe.
He sighs softly before looking around and walking outside. It was nice and peaceful. He puts his bag down and takes out his books before looking around to see birds flying in the air. He smiles.
"It's peaceful here." Stephen says from behind Peter.
Peter jump, shocked that someone was outside suddenly. He turns around to see Strange again.
"What do you want. I need to do homework."
"Later. Let's have a chat, you and I."
"What did I do?"
"Nothing. But I have a secret for you."
"What is it?"
"Tony think of you as his son. Like adopted son. When he gets back, call him dad. I wanna see how he reacts."
"Do you just wanna know if he has a daddy kink because you like guys with daddy kinks."
"Shut up, Peter. Someone could here you."
"What's wrong with you being gay?"
"I don't want everyone to know I'm gay. I still date girls and shit just to seem normal. I did not work so darn to seem straight for you to ruin it."
"Sorry, dad." Peter teases.
"Shut up." He says rolling his eyes before opening a portal and going through it.
Peter chuckles before starting to do his homework. He struggles to do some of it but eventually Tony did get there to help.
"Yo. Im back." Tony says walking in and handing him his drink.
Peter takes it before looking back at his book. He hears Tony sit next to him and he remembers what Stephen told him to do. He needed to think of something to say so it wasn't too weird. It had to be casual.
"Hey dad. When is the next Avengers meeting going on?" Peter asks with a squeek.
Tony's eyes widen at being called dad. He had to make it seem like he didnt care. He coughs softly before replying.
"Uh... Next Monday, why?"
"Just curious." He says with a small pause. "I've never been in the club room. Maybe I could sneak a peak--"
"No way, kid. Thor would kill me."
Peter chuckles happily at the thought of Tony and Thor fighting. Though, most people wouldn't call it fighting. It was more like roasting and slight slapping.
"Mr. Stark..." Peter says after a moment. "Do think of me as your son?"
"Who told you that?" Tony asks, looking at him.
"Mr. Strange."
"Yeah, kid. I feel like I'm responsible for you. And I don't hate it."
"I don't hate it either." He says smiling. "Would you mind if I called you dad?"
"Sure. I don't care. I know it's not the kinky shit so I'm fine with being your father figure." He shrugs.
"Are you kink shaming right now?"
"Yes."
