Chapter 10: Secrets

Alexa's POV

I don't know why I cried earlier when Fix hugged me. It seems that there is something I really need to know. Parang may tumusok sa puso ko nang naramdaman ko ang yakap niya. Oh God. Sana ay gumaling na tong amnesia ko.

I closed my eyes when Fix suggested that I should sleep. And felt him taking my hands ang kissing it while lying on my bedside. He is probably a very important person. There must be something very important between us.

"Bes? Alexa?" Jiya shaked my shoulders. Dumilat ako seeing her worried face.

"Yeah? Bakit bes?"
"Oh my God Xyl! You scared the shit outta me."
"Bakit nga?"
"Di kita magising-gising. Kanina pa ako alog ng alog sayo dito. Umiiyak ka pa. Now I'm asking you. Why?"

Jiya crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow to me. Nagkibit-balikat ako dahil hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit.

Tumango nalang si Jiya saken.

"Si Fix? N-nasan siya? S-sabi niya kasi di siya aalis. Di niya daw ako iiwan e-eh." Maluha-luha kong tugon kay Jiya.

"Ohh st-stop. He's just in the parking lot to get something from his car."

"I-I don't know Jiya but why do I feel like I can't afford to lose him. Tell me, Jiya. Is there something I need to know?"

"Well, Ale---"

"Alexa, you're awake."
"Hey, F-Fix."

Jiya approached Fix and whispered something? What might that be?

"So, hey. You know what, your cousin Hyeza handed something to me she thought we could use to twist a little bit of your memory loss."

"Oh."

"So I was thinking if Jiya could also help me because I don't think I can make you understand all of these."

"Oh, sure."

They both looked at each other meaningfully. Well, I hope this this could be thing I've been waiting for.

Jiya showed me a scrapbook. It says "Fave Persons 💛".

I flipped through the pages. I saw pictures of childhood memories with Jiya hahahaha ang kyot namin dito ah? Hmmm, si Fix din hindi nagbago. Except that hindi na siya bungi ngayon hahaha.

"Uy ba't nakatingin lang kayo jan? Ayaw niyo bang makita yung pictures natin nung mga bata pa tayo?" I chuckled. They immediately approached me and I can feel that something not so good will occur.

"Oh bes ito yung Foundation Day natin nung highschool oh. Naalala mo nung na jailbooth kayong dalawa ni Fix? Kaya ganyan kasaya yung mukha mo jan kasi nagka crush ka sa kanya nung Sophomore days natin." Humagalpak naman ng tawa si Jiya. And I felt my cheeks blushing. And looked at Fix pero nakikitawa lang siya kay Jiya. But what's with the sad eyes?

"Ang sarap balikan nung mga araw na yan no? Nung crush na crush mo pa ako." He chuckled lightly.

"Eh bakit ba ngayon? Anong meron? May girlfriend ka na no?" Pang-aasar ko sa kanya. Swerte siguro ng gf nito. Ha--

Napahawak ako sa puso ko. Ba't naman kumirot?

"Oh Xyl! Anong meron? Are you fine?" Jiya asked me and they both worriedly looked at me.

"Oo hahaha may kumirot lang. Bakit kaya? Nabigla rin ako eh." I chuckled. Ayan na naman ang pagtitinginan nila.

"Are there any memory that flashed on your mind?" Fix asked.

Umiling ako.

"Amnesia lang naman ito diba? Ba't yung puso ko yung kumirot? May sakit din ba ako sa puso? Haha." I joked. Totoo naman diba? Wala naman akong sakit sa puso diba? Pero ba't naman puso ko yung sumakit? Nakakatawa talaga tong katawan ko parang ako lang, bobo rin. Hahaha.
"Xyl.."
"Xyl.."
