Chapter 19

"Hahahaha! Wait, wait, wait, so, so your telling me you accidentally won a fish by Reese putting a raffle ticket in a bowl with your name on it!?" I said still laughing my ass off.

"YES! IT'S NOT FUNNY EITHER! HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF A FISH IF I CAN'T TAKE CARE OF DR.MCFLUFFY, ENID!" Zach said on the other end of the phone clearly shookith.

Dr.Mcfluffy was Zach's cat when he was about 11 years old. He told me that he loved that cat so much when he was younger and that they had a strong bond. But Dr.McFluffy died when he decided to jump off the roof of Zach's house. Don't ask me how, just, just dont.

My laughing slowly calmed down and I spoke again. "I have no clue what your going to do about that fish but just don't let it die. Other wise rip fish and down the toilet it goes." I placed my hand on my heart and acted like I was very sad.

I looked up at my phone screen to see Zach staring at me with his piercing eyes, smiling like a fucking idiot. "What!?" I said very interested on what he might say.

"I just missed you and how we have these STUPID ASS conversations!" He told me laughing just enough to make me laugh with him.

"Ya me too. Its nice to finally just sit down and talk to you with no interruptions." I smiled. We both stayed silent for a while.

"So any new crushes yet?" He started while raising his eyebrows up and down, and up and down. I just sat there in disbelief for a second but then laughed really hard.

"OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I HAVEN'T EVEN MADE ANY FRIENDS YET!" I laughed out reaching my hand to grab a handful of popcorn and shove it in my mouth.

"Where did you get that?" He questioned. "Oh yea it was right by me before you called." I answered hoping he would forget about what we were talking before.

"Oh. Well anyways..." He started. Great he didn't forget. "...why haven't you made any friends E? I mean there are so many people out there." He finished.

"Ya so many people and all I want are you, Chloee and Addison. You guys are my number one friends and no one can top that." I told him.

It was only true. When I got here I realized I never really wanted anyone else besides those three hooligans.

Zach touched his heart with his hand. "Aww how sweet! But what your saying is that you will never ever make another friend again?"

"Well no because you know how quickly I get along with people." I spoke somewhat truthfully.

"Ya I TOTALLY KNOW!" He said in a sarcastic tone. "Oh yea haha, sorry." I looked down forgeting about when he was "the new kid" back in Texas.

"Hey E?" Concern filled my mind when he spoke. "Yeeesss??" I asked. "I have a surprise for you coming soon. Well more like in September, but still."

"I CANT WAIT THAT LONG YOU CHICKEN!" I yelled at him. "WHO YOU CALLIN CHICKEN!?" He screamed back.

"YOU IM CALLING YOU CHICKEN CAUSE YOU TOO CHICKEN TO TELL ME WHAT THE SURPRISE IS. BAAHK BAHK!" I screamed louder back to him.

I started clucking like a chicken even louder at him. The result was him hanging up.

I bursted out laughing really hard. Like I swear I almost peed myself. Once I calmed down a bit I got comfortable a bit. My body now rests laying on the bed thinking about Zach.

Oh Zach. Thi dearest Zachary I missed so dearly. How he makes me laugh. Oh how he makes me smile. Oh how the crimson pink grows on my cheeks from somthing he said or done.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when my phone started ringing. I looked at it and it was Zach calling me back.

Welp........
