~When the Chapter 6 finally fucking begins~

Rey's POV
I sighed. The wind drove up the dust on the lonely sands of Jakku. I looked around the barren landscape. What was I going to do now?

Kriff.

"Dominiquu, what in Chaos do you want me to do? It isn't that easy. I'm not you. You were right. I don't know him like you do. We're two different people."

Oh, for Maker's sake, can I just lock you two in a room so that you get all that emotional stuff out of you?

We are both Force sensitive, Dominiquu, you know we can stop you.

Normal POV

They got locked in a room.

[I am really not ready for this emotional onslaught between the two right now. How do you write dis?!!]

Rey stared at the floor and sighed in defeat. Kylo looked up from where he was sitting, staring at the veeeeeeerry interesting spider he had seen on the floor.

Rey raised her head and stared at the ceiling.

"Let's get this over, shall we, Supreme Leader?"

A soft whisper.

"Call me Ben, please."

The author really wants to end the chapter here. HOWEVER, she has personally made it that every chapter has to have at least 800 words. So..........

CHAPTER 6.5!!!!!

Rey looked at Kylo with surprise. Then her face fell.

"The best you'll be getting out of me right now is Kylo Ren."

Kylo looked down. So she still hasn't forgiven me. Tears. Tears were pushing his boundaries.

"Of course I haven't forgiven you yet. How much time are you giving me?" Rey turned around to look at him. In a poor attempt to lighten the mood, Rey gave a sad smirk directed at Kylo.

Dominiquu's POV

"MOTHERFUCKING LASER-BRAINS!!!"
[yeah, Dominiquu's basically the fandom right now.]

Chapter 6.75!!!?????

Rey sighed.

"I guess I'll start."

"Why....." she chose her words slowly. "...did you.....stay....there?"

Ben knew she was referring to when he chose the dark side over her.

"I..."

"I don't know, I guess."

"What do you mean you don't know?"

"I... I really don't know. I guess it was the power, it went to my head."

"The power...?"

"Of being Supreme Leader."

A few beats of silence.

"Why?"

Kylo sighed. "It... it was just that... you know..."

"No I don't,"

Kylo rolled his eyes. " I wanted power. Their isn't really a reason behind wanting power. It's like a drug. You keep abusing it because it makes you feel good. It makes you feel like you can do something."

Softly, as if the words were reluctant to come out, Ben said, "It makes you feel...like you're worth something."

Rey stared at him in wonder and confusion. Ben looked up and stared at her eyes. They were pools of innocence and non-judgement. He continued to stare, and the emotional atmosphere was replaced with resignation.

"Forget it," Ben sighed. He averted her watchful eyes and turned away. His eyebrows were scrunched together, as if doing so would prevent the emotional drops from leaking. He ran his left hand through his hair and stood up, silently readying himself to plead Dominiquu to let them out of there.

Rey sat down. "Stay," a tender whisper emanated from her throat.

Ben opened his eyes and turned to look at the female in quiet curiosity. He was too emotionally distraught to be shocked. Too many feelings were roaring through him, demanding his attention. He decided to focus on Rey's voice.

"Yeah, okay."

Rey huffed. What the actual flippers was she gonna say? I mean, can't he just read my emotions?

"Wouldn't that be violating you?" Ben smirked softly, not in any way snarky. Rey glanced at Ben, annoyed, but sent a lopsided grin anyways.

Ben started. "So...why did you stay with them?"

Rey shrugged. "I mean, it's kinda common sense really, I've been alone all my life, and I wanted to stay with my friends."

So I wasn't good enough to be her friend, huh. Should've known, I guess. Who would ever like Ben Solo, let alone Kylo Ren?

Rey's eyes widened and she immediately realized her mistake.

"Wait, n-no, I meant-"

"No, I get it, you had more friends there, and where I was going, it was just me. I get it."

"That's not what I mea-"

"Besides, it's not like I'm desirable company, and we weren't exactly friends anyways, just aquaintances who gave shoulders to cry on."

Rey stared at him in a confusing mixture of shock, anger, and amusement.

Ben stared right back. "What, is there something on my face?" He was gonna add besides my hideous scar, but eh, why would he bring up past memories.

Rey laughed. Like, full on, howling. "Aquaintances. Out of all the words, we're fucking aquaintances. Aha-ha-"

Ben narrowed his eyes and tilted his head to the side, looking like a pouting grumpy cat.

"We were fucking Force buddies, for Maker's sake! Aquain-ah, pfffft, aquaintances my butt, ahehehehehe-hah!" Rey was hysterical.

Ben understood this. Emotional strain. It seemed like Rey took it on a different way.

He muttered under his breath. "Dominiquu, I think you broke her."

He giggled. He laughed. Threw back his head and all the works. In the midst of the chuckles, he realized that he hadn't laughed like that in a long time. Maybe he never did. This laughter felt kind of wrong, it was disturbing in the slightest. It was like someone had thrown a laughing gas grenade or something.

Dominiquu's POV

I shook my head in disbelief. What in Chaos just happened?

Normal POV

Dominiquu pinched the bridge of her nose, and scrunched her eyebrows.

Maker, please make sure that this write actually knows what the kriff she's doing.
