Chapter 9- Jealous

Joey's POV

I convinced Shane to stay in our room until it was necessary to leave. So when it was time for dinner we had to go downstairs. Lisa was cooking again.

Tyler was in the living room so I dragged Shane into the kitchen. He gave me a look.

Joey: What?

Shane: I don't want you two fighting. Why can't we be friends?

Joey: Because he hates me and is being mean to me.

I pouted to get my point across. He sighed.

Shane: Come on. At least try to be nice. We have to stay here for like... Lisa when do we start touring?

Lisa: 8 days.

Shane: Yeah. So like only a week. Try to be nice to him until then.

Joey: No promises.

Shane: Joey...

Joey: Fine. I'll be nice.

So I completely ignored Tyler for the entire dinner. When I tried to go upstairs Shane made me go talk to Tyler and try to make up. Sometimes he feels like he's my parent not my boyfriend.

Tyler: What do you want?

Joey: Shane wants us to be friends.

Tyler: Not going to happen.

Joey: Ok what's your problem?!

Tyler: My problem?

Joey: Yes! You've been so mean to me! Why?! I haven't done anything to you!

Tyler: You have Shane! That's what you did!

Joey: I didn't take Shane from you!

Tyler: Yeah but you have him I want him back!

Joey: He's with me now, back off!

Tyler: No!

He shoved and I fell back. Then he suddenly got on top of me and punched me. I was too shocked to fight back or call for Shane.

He punched me again. I shouted for Shane. I pushed Tyler off of me and Shane came running downstairs.

Shane: What happened?!

Joey: Tyler attacked me!

He helped me up. Tyler stood up and glared at me.

Shane: Tyler why would you do that?

Tyler: Because I still love you! And I want you!

He shoved me out of the way. Then he grabbed Shane's neck and kissed him. I didn't know what to do.

Should I get Tyler off of him or can he do it himself?

I sat there and waited for Shane to push him away... but he didn't. He kissed Tyler back.

I ran over and shoved Tyler away from Shane. Then I slapped Shane. Why didn't he push Tyler away?!

Shane: Wait! Joey!

Joey: No! Go be with Tyler!

Shane: No! Joey come back!

I ran upstairs and into our room. I shut and locked the door. I sunk to the floor and started crying.

Does Shane really not love me?

I heard banging on the door. I knew it was Shane but I didn't want to face him.

Shane: Joey, baby, let me in! Let me explain!

Joey: No! Leave me alone!
