Taehyung's POV:

"Why did I think that running would solve anything?", I managed to ask myself despite the blood splattered on the road, and the still bodies littering it.
"I can't give into my weak self!"
I leaned against a concrete wall of a once well built building when I heard silent footsteps.
"Don't be weak!", I whispered to myself as I opened my eyes.
I took the axe and ran towards the footsteps but immediately came to a halt when seeing a woman with tears aligning her green eyes.
A massive cloud of dirt covered her glowing skin.
"I can't run anymore...", her delicate voice stuttered.
"You have to keep running no matter what!", I replied, letting the axe fall to my side.
"Have you loved someone so much that you are willing to give anything for them?", she wiped her oncoming tears.
"I have...I hate the feeling...", I occasionally glanced behind her for any strange movement.
"I wish I could have him!", the woman took off running without warning.
"I wish I could have him too...", I softly said, even though I knew no one could hear.

Jimin's POV:

I was extremely pissed but also upset.
"Taehyung!"
"Would you quiet down?", Jungkook whispered from beside me.
"You don't understand...", I pouted.
"Just stay alert", Namjoon focused hard on the surroundings.
"Where are we supposed to find him in this city?", Jungkook asked annoyed.
"We will find him!", I walked ahead, leaving Jungkook behind.
"Would you stop it!", he dragged my shoulder back.
I harshly pulled away, "If you're going to be a burden, then go back to the house."
"A burden?", his voice slightly faltered.
Namjoon slowed down to match Jungkook's pace, "You know..he's just stressed okay?"
"I don't know what to think anymore", I felt his cold glare on my back.
"Taehyung...I'll find you for sure!", I held the gun tighter.

It had been many hours of us walking in silence except for sirens going off in the background. Sunset was already upon us, making me even more worried that Taehyung was nowhere to be found.
"We should head back before it gets dark...", Namjoon said.
"But...we can't just leave him out there to die!", I let out a sigh.
"But we also can't stay here and risk ourselves...", Jungkook laid a hand on my shoulder.
"He's a part of our group!", I pushed away his hand that laid on my shoulder.
"Jimin...why are you so worried?", his question caused my breath to stop in my chest.
"He understands me...", I looked towards the brown grass.
After not getting a reply, I glanced up at Jungkook to see him turning back to the house.

"You're going back?", I felt my voice slightly shake.
"Clearly you would rather risk your life for him..am I right?", Jungkook replied with a hint of jealously.
"Just go", I said, waiting for Namjoon to make his decision.
"Fine", Jungkook jogged back while Namjoon stayed beside me.

"Jimin...", Namjoon softly said.
"I'm not going back till I find him!", I replied with my eyebrows furrowed. The sun started to disappear behind the mountains in the distance, leaving the sky a dark blue. Namjoon unzipped his bag and gave us both flashlights to guide us.
"Stay with me okay Jimin?"
"Okay...", I searched the empty run down buildings.

I had to admit that the darkness made it much harder to see anything, including the monsters awaiting to come out. Every time I opened a door, my heart would jump out of my chest. Namjoon decided to open an old bathroom door where the stalls were still closed except for one that seemed bent. I bent down under each stall, hoping Taehyung would be here hiding, but he wasn't, just like my thoughts were telling me.
"Let's go", Namjoon tried to motion me towards the bathroom door, but the bent stall door at the end caught my attention.
"No...don't", he pushed me even harsher than before.
"Don't push me!", I slid past him and walked over to the bent stall. I heard Namjoon sigh before a lump gets caught in my throat.
I stepped back against the bathroom sink with weak knees unable to keep me up.
"Jimin!", the last thing I heard before blacking out.

Jungkook's POV:

I was more angry than anything that Jimin decided to risk his life for a person that ran away on his own.
"Why would you want to get yourself killed?!", I asked the night sky.
I see the house when laying my flashlight upon it. I bent down and cradled my knees against the front door waiting for them to come back.

Yoongi's POV:

"It's been way too long...", I looked up at the ceiling.
"They'll come back soon", Hoseok hugged me with his legs in between mine.
"I can't just sit here and worry", I left Hoseok's arms and made way downstairs.
"Where are you going?", Hoseok asked when I was halfway down.
"To find them...", I mumbled.

Upon going downstairs, I tiptoed to where I had last seen Namjoon's weapon collection.
I grabbed a random gun and headed to the front door.

"I'm not going to be useless this time...I want to be the friend that Jungkook relies on..."

I opened the door to see Jungkook sitting against it, "Jungkook?!"
He looked up, but I could see tears lighting his face even in the moonlight.
"Yoongi...", he got up and dusted off his pants.
"What happened?", I glanced around for any clues of the others, but Jungkook motioned for me to go back inside.
I followed his slight push and closed the door when we both went back inside.
"Can you tell me what happened Jungkook?", I asked again in the darkness of the room.
"Jimin wanted to continue looking for him even though he knows he could die..", I felt the tears welling up in my eyes at the sight of Jungkook crying before me.
"Well then, let's go", I patted his back.
"Go where?", Jungkook stopped crying to look up.
"Go find them! I'm not letting you stay here and be miserable", I gave him a small smile.

" I am your best friend, and I only want you to be happy not miserable..."
Hoseok came running downstairs with a weapon in his hand, "Let's go!"
"Huh?", Me and Jungkook said in unison.
"If you're going Yoongi, I am too", he approached us with a smile.
