Kaelie is a very mellow person. She doesn't like to get in fights with anyone, because they don't solve much of anything and simply cause more drama. Kaelie doesn't believe that any conflict is good - whether it's necessary or unnecessary - so whenever people get in a fight or try to fight her, she's very quick to shut it down. She doesn't shout and she doesn't get angry, she speaks calmly but with authority.
Besides her mellow nature, Kaelie can be very bubbly and quirky. She's not your average gal in the least bit - I mean, she scuba dives for a living - so she isn't like other people. Kaelie doesn't gaga over fashion much, she's passionate about the ocean and shows compassion to the people around her in her own unique way.
Additionally, Kaelie is very headstrong (but quiet about it) and confident overall. Spending so much time working in an environment that she loves has made her a very collected person, even when she's not "in her element."
☀︎ B A C K S T O R Y ☀︎
Kaelie has always lived near an ocean. She grew up in a small beach town on an island off the coast of Panama. It wasn't a tourist island per say, so she enjoyed her life there with her family and fellow people. Kaelie grew up surfing with her siblings and parents from sun up to sun down in the summer. Her life was easy on the island, and honestly it's been pretty easy overall. The Kaipo family has had their fair share of hardship - like when their family diveshop nearly closed down thanks to mainland competition - but they've always gotten out of dark spots with smiles like rays of sunshine. Kaelie left the island to go to college on the mainland, but she ended up going back after graduating so she could dive with a new research station that specialized in sea-life & ocean conservation. Kaelie's had the time of her life.

Honestly? Kaelie just wanted a little vacation. She loves her home and all, but she figured that it'd be fun to spend some time with a bunch of girls on a beach near the ocean; the ocean is her home, so this is going to be fun for Kaelie.

Kaelie just thinks that this is going to be a fun time. If she ends up falling in love, that's great. If not, it's totally fine because she's got a life back home for her anyways.
