Will you marry me?

David wasn't the most romantic person, but he always tried his best. He loved being funny though. Especially about Simon, every one though that they were having a secret dirty relationship. But Simon always said, "no we aren't, he isn't my type of woman anyway", then he would laugh, because he called David a woman. When David asked Alesha to be his girlfriend, it was unexpected. No one saw it coming, David didn't either. He did it under one of the live semi finals last year, when they were answering some questions from the BGMT banter. All of it happened spontaneous. David had been in love with Alesha since the first day, that he saw her. "You're so... beautiful", he had said while she was smiling at him. It was rather awkward. "Thanks. I'm Alesha by the way, one of the new judges this year. You're David, right?". "Yeah, I'm David", both of them just looked into each other's eyes. They had now been a couple for almost a year, and they were loving each other more everyday. He had prepared this day for a long time. Alesha once said: "sometimes... I wonder when we would get married or have children".   And David never forgot her saying that.

David had invited her for a romantic dinner, which was hard for him. Alesha loved everything about romance; roses, dates and so much more. David had booked (with help from Simon) one of the most beautiful gardens in Great Britain. There were fairy lights everywhere, and the full moon was shining. You could see all of the stars in the sky. It's beautiful. He had picked the menu; Alesha's favorite meal and dessert, the flowers that were everywhere and the sweet little boat which they would sail in later on the evening. David phoned Simon. "Hey! I'm- freakin nervous. What if she doesn't make it? I'm going to look like a big fool", he said. "Alesha loves you, no matter what. She wouldn't miss it for the world. And just be yourself, then it's going to just perfect", Simon tried to sound as convincing as he could be, because he knew that Alesha loved romance.

Alesha would arrive in about 5 minutes. David was a mess right now, he didn't know what to do. He just closed his eyes and waited for her. "David?" Alesha stood there in a beautiful blue dress. Davis was stunned. "Alesha, you look amazing! I'm so happy that you're mine", David smirked at her. The dinner went pretty well, Alesha loved the food. Time went by, and David couldn't wait anymore. He took Alesha's hand and guides her to the boat. Everything was beautifully made. David could feel the box in his pocket, it was just "waiting" there. Amanda had helped him pick the ring, since David was scared if Alesha didn't like it.

The pair was looking lovingly at each other. "It's now or never" , David thought. "Alesha. Since the first day I met you, I fell in love with you. Everyday, my love for you gets stronger for you. You're my best friend and my soulmate. I really couldn't imagine my life without you. Alesha, would you make me the happiest man on this entire world, and marry me?". Alesha didn't hesitate on answering. "Yes. I will marry you, David. I love you!", the boat began to rock a little as they kissed each other passionately. "Alesha, I love you".

So this is my "first" Dalesha one shot and I really hoped you liked it! This one actually took a little longer to write than I expected it to be. After all, lots of love from me to you <3
