Chapter 6
Talia’s POV
I drove up to the Lynch’s house. I got out of my car and walked inside.
“Sup people?” I yelled. I looked over and Rydel was watching TV.
“Sup.” Rydel said. I laughed a little and sat next to her.
“Where is everyone?” I asked. Rydel muted the TV.
“Ross is out with Laura. Riker needed to be alone so he went to Denver to see our Grandparents. Rocky and Alexa took a trip to see her Grandparents. Ryland is out with Brandon doing god knows what. My mom and dad are on a date.” Rydel said.
“What about Ellington?” I asked.
“I’m right here.” Ellington said walking into the room.
“There she is!” Ross said coming into the room. I jumped up and walked over to him and gave him a quick kiss.
"How was your date with Laura." I asked Ross. He through his head back.
"It wasn't a date." Ross whined. Rydel laughed.
"Well who cares." I said and stormed into the kitchen. I heard Ross yelling at Rydel. I laughed. Ross came walking in.
"It was no big deal." Ross said.
"Ross, chill out. It's fine." I said. Ross sighed.
"I hate you." Ross said. He hugged me.
"So." I said and smiled. I poked his nose and he smiled back.
"So." Ross replied.
"Today is special." I smirked at him. Ross pulled me closer to him.
"Really? I hadn't noticed." I poked his stomach.
"Come on! What do you want to do?" I asked. Smiling like an idiot.
"How about the beach?" Ross asked.
"No." He tilted his head. "We did that last time. Something different. Maybe we can go have a picnic in a field?" I said. Ross let go of my waist and grabbed my hand. He pulled me out to hiss car. I got in and he drove off. He drove me out to a field in the middle of nowhere.
"Close your eyes." Ross said and looked over at me. I put my hands over my eyes. He took a right turn. I opened my eyes when he told me and saw a picnic with candles all around the blanket. I turned to Ross. Next thing I know a guy came behind Ross and hit him on the head with a hammer.
"ROSS!" I screamed and them everything went black!
