Audition day

Two weeks later:

Oh my god! At last, my exams are done. I hope I did my best; everyone's expectation is high lol.

And today, it's finally THE AUDITION DAY.

I'm really excited, I am gonna become a Juliet soon hehe.

With high hopes, now I'm waiting in the auditorium with my friends for Ms. Hannah.

Duh where is she now?? Sometimes I seriously can't find the difference between a snail and her.

She's here!!

"Sorry, I'm late" apologized Hannah.

"Tell me when you aren't" I murmured.

"Are you all ready for the auditions?" asked her.

"Yeah" I exclaimed.

"That's good; you better should be because I can't afford to lose time anymore. First we are starting with the checking of participants who are willing to play the role." she said.

Ladies first

She read out the names

.... Suzy

"Yes ma'am" I said confidently.

This isn't my first stage and it's time to rock now.

"Now here are your scripts, you can act whichever part you feel comfortable with but it should be a long enough to judge." she said.

All are busy memorizing their dialogues now

Later:

"Here we go" said her as she calls out the first participant.

"Oh, not bad" I thought to myself after watching her performance.

Seven participants have finished now

"And lastly it's Suzy" she said.

"Oh yeah"

I took a deep break before climbing the stairs to the stage.

My old memories are reflecting back! I still remember me as a kid who played the role of a JULIET on her first stage. That time my dad, my hero was there cheering me up, and reminding me the lines which I forgot. I still couldn't forget those moments. Now, when I think about it, tears started flowing... Just then, I felt it hot on my cheeks a bit, I came into the reality. Now I'm standing in front of all expecting the best from me.

I started speaking out with all my heart, filled with full of emotions!

"O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?

Deny thy father and refuse thy name;

Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love

And I'll no longer be a Capulet."

As I finished, I looked at them all, hoping I did my best. To my surprise, Ms. Hannah started to applaud first continued by full of cheers all around. I feel so elated!

"Wow! That was so touching, you did so well Suzy" appreciated Hannah.

"...thank you so much ma'am" I said as I got speechless I was stammering with my words.

I got so many appreciations from all. This could be the best feeling ever!

"Ahem, now your attention please. I am done selecting the best JULIET. I hope you have already guessed who it is. I will reveal it after choosing the ROMEO." she said

"Oh cool" I exclaimed.

Hannah read out the participant's names.

The search for the best ROMEO started

Later:

"Oh no! None of the boys are up to my expectations unfortunately. I think we won't find a good ROMEO. But I can't adjust with one among them here because the JULIET is so good! If not, then I should be changing her." she said sadly.

"What?!" I exclaimed filled with shock.

"I'm sorry Suzy" she said

"ma'am? Is that me?" I asked her in doubt.

"Yes, you are! I don't know what to do now" she said.

I got total disappointment.

I felt my dream getting crushed.

Too much expectation leads to nothing right? I wish some magic happens to change it.

Suddenly...

"Maybe I should give it a try?"

I heard someone ask with a deep voice which sounded familiar.

All our attention was diverted to that voice. I was astonished to see who it was!

Author's note: I'm really sorry guys, I messed up the story, there's a change in the plot. So I had to make a lot of changes. Hope you understand
