Akio followed mikasa to the meeting place for the survey corps. He was in awe and excited about being apart of the group. As they approached the gate, Levi was standing beside it "so who's the kid ?" he said sounding like he had just woke up. Mikasa looked at him "a new member" she said soon to be interrupted by Levi, he looked akio up and down "he hasn't even been trained !" he said. Akio did the wrong thing and talked back "I was so ! My father taught m-" he was cut off by the butt end of Levi's blades handle hitting him in the head. Akio held his head in pain "ow!" he yelled out , Levi looked at mikasa "get this Titan fodder out of my sight" he said before walking away. Akio stood up with tears in his eyes "no!" he said angrily, Levi turned to look at him "what you say worm ?" He said in a serious tone. Akio stood up completely straight "I'm not going to sit here and let you talk to me like that !" he yelled "you may be a so called commander, but in this world your a human like me , so what makes you think you deprive me of that ?!". Levi looked at him "mikasa" he looked at her "give the worm your cape and 3D maneuvering device, he can fight , but not under use" he walked up to the cape and spray panted over the survey corp sign. Mikasa gave them to him "be safe" she said before walking in the base , Levi behind her. Akio looked at the stuff and put it on "these people live under a blanket , even with eren they act like cowards" he said as he threw the hood over his head "I swear , all titans will die, or I die , on or the other" he said running back to the city.
