Erick's POV

I just finished my breakfast, now it's time to go for work. "Okay my lovely people, I'm leaving for work." I said as I stood up from my chair. Jaime is playing with his spoon, he got his food all over his face but I still feel like kissing those cheeks.

I picked him up, and rub my cheek against his. "You're getting your face dirty." Bella chuckles. She took Jaime away, put him back on his baby chair and wipe my face with a paper towel.

"See you later. I love you." I kissed her before I leave. Something I never let myself forget to do before leaving the house.

The cafe is just 15 minutes away from my house. As soon as I parked my bike I get in through the back door and put my apron on. My coworkers are nice, but I'm closer with the one named Jake.

It's still early, so we don't have much customers yet. I was talking with Jake, when the door was opened, revealing a young woman coming in. One of our regulars.

As soon as she saw me she smiles, before she walks to find a place to sit. "Go take her order." Jake told me. I walked to her table and greet her with a smile. "The usual." she said before I could ask. I nod, before I sent her orders to the people at the back.

When her coffee is ready I send it to her table. But before I turned back to the counter she calls for my name. "Are you busy right now?" she asked.

"Not at all. Why?" "Just feel like having someone to talk to. If you don't mind." she tells me. A little chat with the customer won't hurt, right? It's not like she's flirting with me. She just wants to talk about something. So I sit across to her. She told me her name. Natalia.

"You're not working?" I asked. She's here almost every day. It's like she has nothing else to do. She laughs as she put her hand up, showing a ring on her finger. "My husband doesn't think I need to work." good, she's married.

"Well, I live with my girlfriend and I don't want her to work too. She had a lot to do with our son I don't want her to be more burdened with works. Do you have kids?" she looks young, but Bella is young too and we already have a son.

Natalia shook her head. "I do have step children. They don't live with me. You don't look like a father. Actually you look too good to be a father. Whatever it is, she's so lucky that you're around most of the time."

"Wait, your husband wasn't around?" I asked. But now that I took a closer look, she must be married to a rich person. "Nah, he's too busy working here and there. Why do you think I spent most of my time here? That house is boring." she rolls her eyes.

We had some good talks. She asked me about my son, we talked about music which I really enjoy talking about. And surprisingly she knows about our band. She told me she went to our gig once. "That explains why you look so familiar." she says in a happy tone.

We didn't notice the time goes by as we were talking. The customers are getting more and more I have to leave the conversation. "It's so nice talking to you, Nat." I smile before I walked to another table.

After cleaning a few tables I sit back with Jake behind the counter. I glanced at Natalia and we both smiled before she threw her gaze back to the screen on her phone. "She likes you. I'm 100% positive about it." Jake says, eyes on Natalia.

I just shook my head, not interested to respond to his stupid assumption. This guy loves talking shit. That's what making me close to him at first, because he's funny. But when he talks about this kind of shit, I don't feel like I should show him that he got my attention.

He turned my seat around so that I can face him. Now there's no way I can ignore him. "Look, she came here almost every day. And everytime she did, she looks at you and only smiles at you. Can't you see it when she talks to you? She's drawn into your eyes as if that green orbs are something magical." he says excitedly.

"She's married, idiot. She told me everything. Her husband is busy so she came here because she's bored living alone." I explained things to him.

"So she's married to an old, rich man. The husband is just for money. Her eyes, are on you." Jake elbowed me. Again, Natalia put her eyes up on me and smiles. But unlike Jake, I took it as a friendly smile. She just want to make friends.

"Stop being stupid, Jake. I have a girlfriend at home. We even have a son. She won't appreciate it if she heard about this." I shook my head. "I'm just saying that she likes you, not asking you to sleep with her. I'm just letting you know, so that you won't make a wrong step. Girls misinterpret things sometimes." Jake tells me before he walks to a customer that just came in.

Sitting alone, I think about what Jake has told me. It can't be like that. I'm pretty sure he's just making things up. I don't want to be the type of guy that mistook someone's friendliness as something else.

Another customer leave their table, so I cleaned it up. Suddenly I felt someone patting on my shoulder. It was Natalia. "Leaving already?" I asked her. "I need to meet a friend. See you later, Erick. Thanks for spending your time talking to me." she smiles and put her hand on my shoulder before she left.

After she walked out from the door I heard Jake coughing. When I look at him, he was smirking at me. "Vamos a ser feliz, vamos a ser feliz, Felices los 4" he opens his arms and sing to me. It doesn't take me too long to get what he means.

Widening my eyes on him, I threw the napkin in my hand to him. "It's not like that, you fool. I won't do that to Isabella." I brushed it off and ignored him. But if he was right, that she likes me, did I made a wrong move by talking to her just now?
