It's been 6 years since Kakyoin and the Kujo's said they would meet again. At that time, Jotaro was in the second grade. Ivy and the boy were in the first. Now that much time has passed, Jotaro is in 8th grade and Ivy is in seventh. That means Kakyoin is in seventh. But where did he go?

Jotaro and Ivy thought a lot about that boy over the years. His awkward stance and his shy smile lingered in their brains. He was a smart kid. Even though they've only met once, they never forgot him.

Ivy's brother stopped talking about Kakyoin before seventh grade. Ivy eventually stopped talking about him too. However, Ivy still thought about him, asking questions to herself about where the boy went or how he's doing.

But they were growing up. Much time has passed, and Jotaro probably forgot about that boy.

As time passed, many things have changed. Jotaro hit a growth spurt during winter break. He had broad shoulders and was almost 6 feet. His voice deepened quite a bit. He wasn't muscular though, so he looked thin.

Then there was Ivy, who was very short compared to her older brother. She looked youthful and still had baby fat in her cheeks, which made her look a little plump. She thought this was a problem, but Holly told her not to worry about it and called it cute.

During a hot summer day, Jotaro and Ivy walked to their school. It was exam time. And that meant vacation was close.

Ivy was excited, almost too excited. She skipped along the sidewalk beside her brother and hummed a tune that was popular at the moment.

"Did you study for your exams?" Jotaro asked his lively sister.

She was so excited that she got distracted. She automatically stopped skipping and froze in place.

"Oh. No....?" Ivy cringed at herself.

"Goodness, Ivy. You're gonna fail. I told you to study hard, but you were all caught up in your little fantasy world."

"Ni-ni! I'm sorry! I won't do that again, I promise! I just got so happy that summer is coming! But I've been thinking lately." Ivy looked to her brother.

"What is it?"

"Do you still remember Kakyoin? Or even think about him at all? Would he be at the beach this year?"

Jotaro looked to down to the sidewalk. "Of course I do. But... Kakyoin's not gonna be at the beach again. Or ever."

"How do you know that, Jojo?"

"We haven't seen him in six years, Ivy. You really think we'll see him again? He's probably moved to some other part of Japan. He probably forgot about us."

"Jotaro, we'll see him again. One day we will." Ivy pouted.

Jotaro looked at his sister and frowned. But seeing her cheeks puffed up made her look adorable (he'd hate to admit). He stopped her from walking and pinched her cheeks.

"Cut that out, Jojo! That hurts!" Ivy whined.

He stopped pinching her cheeks and patted her back. "Sorry. But anyways, you should just focus on what's important for now. It's reality, Ivy- sometimes you don't... see people again."

"Hmph. Fine." She crossed her arms.

As they got to the entrance, they parted ways to get to class.

At the end of finals, Ivy managed to pass with a 78% average.
