When I think back to this day, I always wonder how it could've ended in war. It was just a peaceful day with Cole, Ember, Jake, and more friends. Twenty in counting.
The whole thing started when Jules, one of my friends you might think is weird, started a betting game.
"I bet that you wouldn't be able to live in an abandoned house for a week.
You're just too scared to stay even one night." She says to Jake
"I bet I could." Jake simply replied. Jake is Ember's brother, her only brother. He has dark hair that goes to the length of his shoulders, dark brown eyes that changes colors like Ember, and he looks older than sixteen, but he is fourteen. He never say anything more than three , and he always? more into the dark than being out in full sunlight.
Mostly everyone here is not fully human. In our little group of twenty, there is either demigods, warlocks, witches, werewolves, vampires, shadowhunters (surprisingly), and there are even just humans who was made into experiments by scientists. So yeah not your normal group of friends.
"Ok if you 'think' you could, then I bet you to stay in that house." She pointed to a house we can not see, she have really good vision, "And stay there for a week, not leaving the house at all." Jules smiled like she accomplished something.
"Jake you do not have to do that-" Ember started to say, but was cut off by him.
"No it is ok. I have no reason to fear a house." He smirks a little. "Anyway I am a child of Hades, I can't fear a simple house."
"Ok, if you are going to live in that house for a week, I'm joining." Ember said.
"Me too." I joined in. I do not know why, but I have a bad feeling about letting Ember and Jake live in a random house for a week by themselves.
"I am also joining." Cole smiled. Does he ever leave Ember side?
"You know what," Jules started but stopped for a second to think, "How about everyone stay stay there for a week. First one to leave lose the bet." She finished.
"Great idea. Just force everyone who might possible in a week try to kill each other, in a abandon house. Should I remind you we have vampires and werewolves here?" Henry said, one of Jules friends.
"We have shadowhunters here." Jules replied back and walk toward the house, not even caring if we were following or not.
Three hours later~

"Where did Kevin go?" Cole Looked around for the missing vampire.
